I placed the order online at 9.03 pm and got the order at 9.20 pm. Waiting time was 17 minutes. There were 4 cars infront of me, they all stopped the engine during the waiting. You should keep more staff. I am regular customer and these girls working well. You should care more about the customer waiting time.

Probably the best BK Whopper I have had since I was eight. Hot, fresh, toppings as ordered. My meal seemed to be a model for what Burger King burgers should taste like 🍔 the prices on the drive thru menu are outdated and I paid ~$2 more than expected

The employee (Paola Tapia) greeted me and was very polite throughout the whole process. Radio with American classic was playing in the background. The place was not busy and so my order of Texas double whopper and nuggets was ready in no time. The whopper was one of the most carefully built I ever had! The bun was not squished, patties and all ingredients were neatly placed and evenly spaced. Only a few lettuce pieces were outside but it's totally fine. Amazing! Also the place is very clean.

From Monday to Friday I eat alone or with coworkers at a different Burger King Today was not pleasant, starting with the fact that customer service was neglected while the ladies were chatting in the back and looking at us being at the checkout and not being attended to. I understand that one could perhaps chat, but if there are customers, first I serve and then I chat...
The toilets are totally dirty and have a bad smell, the tables are dirty. Truly a bad experience, we won't be back here for a long time.

Over charged me for my meal. It was only $0.30 but when I asked for a refund (mostly because the staff were rude about it), they acted like it wasn't a big deal. I'm guessing if I shorted them $0.30, they wouldn't give me my food and make a big deal of it.

Always order the burgers Off the Broiler & Always ask for No Salt French Fries. Bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of parking all meals.If you ask for king sauce on a double whopper tell them to put Canadian bacon between the two patties & prepare to be amazed! Good for Breakfast too. Treat yourself
Parking: There are other joints to the West that compete for parking but there are no adjacent structures it's a lot of parking. Like you could get a mid size moving truck in there with plenty of room to get in & out of a parking space or two

Double Texas Whopper no bun….this group running the show today, rocked my taste buds.Yep I enjoy a good burger. This is what I remember a Burger King Burger to taste like, hot, fresh, remembered my requested, had the ketchup, mustard and mayo on the side along with a fork and knife- didn’t need to request. They hustled and it was a good moment- thank you!
