Waited almost 20 min for my food. I had to get someone's attention. I stood in front of the counter the entire time I was there, so it's not like they didn't know I've been standing there. Finally got my food, and they never apologized for the wait. When I got back to my job, I noticed my order was made wrong. I was late getting back to work (btw) and didn't have time to eat my lunch completely.

This place is a joke very rude staff and the drive thru is never open but yet there’s employees working all night. Is this place hiring because this would be easy money since from what I can tell the employees don’t have to do anything but sit outside smoking or hide behind the drive thru window pretending like the restaurant is closed. I mean if you’re really closed then update the hours on google. It’s ridiculous how many times I’ve went through the drive thru just to get yelled at through the speaker that “they are closed” I’m a doordash driver and I avoid this place as much as I can because every single time I’ve went they are closed during night hours. Don’t waste your time go to mc Donald’s right across the street they actually take your order and customer service is better.

If I could rate it a zero I would.Hours on the the door for lobby ordering is closed at 10pm. Doors locked before 930pm. Refused to serve as a walk up.I'm a truck driver and all these stores seem to forget that without us you have no store . I went thru this with Covid and no lobby service now you don't honor your posted hours of service .Next time I will just drive my semi as far as I can in your lot and just shutdown your drive thru maybe then I might get something to eat.

Literally the WORST PLACE! I’ve put orders through the app and when I come show up in the early AM THE EMPLOYEES HAVE SHUT THE LIGHTS OFF AND HIDE INSIDE! It’s happened over 3 times already! First time I waited 20 mins and the employees don’t even care to look at you! Then you ask for a refund and they say you have an elevated pattern of refunds????? Are you serious??? IF YR EMPLOYEES DON’T want to workOr shut down hours before close THEN DON’T TAKE MY Money and don’t allow my money to be taken! Period! This is thievery! Literally stealing my money and won’t refund me! Made multiple tickets on the same order because they don’t reply through support online! Get some new employees not people that hate their jobs!

We came at around 12:50 through the drive thru, which shouldn't have been a problem because the hours online clearly said they were open 24 hours. While we were still looking through the menu, the lady over the intercom started being really rude to us and kept rushing us saying they were going to close soon. Either we were lied to or the online hours need to updated.

I ordered my food at 11:20pm on September 15th 2023 the guy who took my order was so nice and it was not that long of a wait getting my food. 10/10 service and food was fresh and hot!!!
