I know it’s hard to find good service, but I was beyond disappointed by my experience last night. The server was inattentive and I had to ask for everything. When my fajitas came , I had to ask for a plate and after about 8 minutes I gave up and ate my food without one. The server came out from the kitchen (chatting with associates) without a plate and I stopped them again to ask because they forgot. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Never going back.

I will say that while my burger was not the best and I did not eat it, they refunded my burger without me even asking. They just simply say a full burger and provided excellent service there. My wife and kids enjoyed their plates.

Chilis is soooo good this location specifically is SUPER good, employees are super nice and hard working everyone has a great attitude and super nice and friendly the food was delicious and cooked amazingly the atmosphere was great and welcoming felt very inviting and fun. Speaking more on the food me and my girlfriend got the Honey chipotle chicken crispers and the bacon burger and the honey chipotle Mozzarella sticks and it was all a 10/10 everything was super delicious and as for the drink we both got the Dragonfruit lemonade and that was TO DIE FOR If you never been to chilis that drink alone would get you hooked! Overall everything was 10/10 the food, the atmosphere, and the service 10/10 across the board. Love you Chili's!!

When the waitress realized my companion with specific restrictions could not eat the veggies because there was seasoning on top, she offered to exchange it for a plain one. I appreciate the attentiveness.

Went at lunch time, got the 3-for special. Service was excellent, very helpful. Food looked good, both the meat and veg VERY salty. Asparagus, great! Then, too salty to finish.
We went in for an appetizer and a drink. Servers disappeared and we almost left. It seemed he was hanging out with a friend at the bar.

Been here several times, every time a different time of day (lunch, dinner, ect.) every time the food’s been hot and timely. The staff has always been appropriately attentive and kind. We love this place!! (you can’t really get six dollar margaritas AND mozzarella sticks anywhere else)

It took 5 minutes just for them to decide which of the many open tables to put me at.
Then a few minutes later a server breezed past my table and said they'd be right back. Instead, they picked up a check from a different table, zipped past me again without stopping, stopped to ask a third table how they were doing, and then disappeared into the back so they could join the cadre of servers parading out to sing an insane birthday song. I never even got water.
There's no table where you can sit and avoid staring at a television.
