If I could give zero stars I would. There was a small wait time to be seated which is understandable. Once we were seated we looked at the menu and were ready to order. In those 30 minutes that we were seated four waiters passed by us, but no one directly came to take our order. We finally decided to leave because that’s just not acceptable.

I am incredulous that this place is not 1-2 stars. We sat at the bar on Monday afternoon to get served quickly. Apparently they no longer have a bartender. It appears we got a clandestine server who would periodically come behind the bar, as did other servers. To call this guy a server would be a gross overstatement. Soups came out last. Main course came out first. Had to continually be asked to refill drinks. Had to box up our own food. Did not bring additional condiments as requested. Sadly, the guy was completely clueless and bordering on incompetent. The 20 something year old manager could not have cared less. I am dumbfounded that their doors are still open. But I see why the restaurant was nearly empty and no bartender works there. They wouldn’t make anything from tip outs because the service is horrendous. That’s incorrect. The service is non-existent. The management and ownership are horrid. We gave it one more try. Last time we visited they had no heat in the winter. Oh well. If you’re going to be dumb, you better be tough. One more thing. There was trash on the floor in numerous places. Very inviting.

My only complaint was the great 3 for 10.99 has drastically changed. Only 3 choices now...the rest of the choices went to a higher tier -2 more levels making it not a go to choice of a restaurant if you need to stick to a budget. Gold status is where you need to be now to go. Less visits from people will be a downside for sure.Kid-friendliness: Small menu choices.

We went to chilis with a family friends and the waiter made us wait about 40 minutes for a table which was outrageous considering that there was 10 tables open. Also when we ordered water there was little bugs in the water which was disgusting. When we ordered food there was also bugs on the plate and on the food. We decided to leave without eating.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my party and I had at your establishment earlier today, March 13, 2024.As loyal patrons who have frequented your restaurant for years, we have always enjoyed ordering your wings, specifically requesting them to be overcooked and crispy. However, during our recent visit, we were disheartened to receive wings that were not prepared according to our preference. Instead of the crispy texture we have come to expect, the wings were soggy.When we brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, we were informed that adding sauce to the wings would cause them to become soggy. While we understand this explanation, we were disappointed by the lack of accommodation or alternative solutions offered by the manager. As a result, we made the decision not to order the wings we typically enjoy.Furthermore, I would like to highlight that throughout our meal, my drink remained empty, and I was not offered water or any other beverage option. This lack of attention to customer service further compounded our dissatisfaction with the overall dining experience.Regrettably, based on the disappointing service and lack of accommodation during our visit, we have decided that we will not be returning to your establishment in the future. As longtime customers, it is disheartening to reach this conclusion, but we feel it is necessary to communicate our concerns in the hopes of improvement.

Food was 2 out of 5, some of our items felt as they were not cooked all the way. Chips are extremely greasy, Guac didn’t taste fresh. Our particular waiter was very un attentive and disappeared for long stretches of time and the place was not busy at all. We spent roughly $80 and it was just mediocre food and rough service.

Alison from the front desk is beautiful and very polite. The food took way too long to be served close to 1hr and 30mins. Our waiter was cool. As a food critic, you may never know who is watching and observing everything.
