Chill Bubble Tea

Employee was very nice. I was there on a Tuesday & she was the only one working & it was busy. She was fast & did a great job!Now for the bubble tea itself, awful. It has nothing to do with the employee, it’s the ingredients. I give the employee a 5 star but the product a 1.

mango freeze was not cold at all and was watery. It also had a weird taste. Also there is no AC in there. I was disappointed that I had to pay $8 for a small mango freeze. Definitely not worth it.

While spending a hot summer day in Old Orchard today, I stopped in for a refreshing drink. Couldn't believe they don't have air conditioning. the girls working were great, but sweating profusely. I'll think twice about stopping in there again for a refreshing drink. don't think this is very sanitary either!

Overpriced sugar water. Today 5-22-23 I went into Chill. The young lady made a mistake with my order. Instead of taking care of the costumer and correcting the mistake, she insisted that there was no problem. As though I wanted something for nothing. I will never ever ever return to Chill. I love Ole Orchid but this drink place is not suitable. Avalanche Bubble tea all the way!

Drink was good but GEEZ, give these kids a training course on customer service! No greeting as we walked in, no thank you! Told him it was our first time here, he just looked at us as if we were from outer space. LoL! Kids!

Wow, haven't had a bubble tea so bad in years and I'm a bubble tea lover. Taste powdery, super sweet. I don't normally leave feedback but I wanna remind myself to never come here

It was not busy at all. Great prices. My kids love this place. Thanks to the workers who make drinks.

Great product but this gilt working here needs help all alone and a line of 10 people I hope they are paying here at least 25$ per hour

If you’re ever happy and enjoying your day, but you want it all to be ruined in a few seconds, come here. The girl working today, 3/5/2023 at around 3:30 pm is the epitome of depression. I brought my 2 kids here with smiles and energy and left angry after a 30 minute wait watching one person handle 20’customers and she has the meanest, angriest, most depressed look on her face. I was about to ask her what’s wrong after she didn’t even greet my 10 year old daughter and just stared at her to ask what her order is. I know lots of businesses are short staffed, but i rather shut down a business than to ever have someone like this ruin my business. People were leaving saying out loud “what’s wrong with her?” There’s a video camera there - just watch the footage. I don’t know whose worse: this horrible employee or the managers/ownership that allow this to happen.

This lovely girl named Linorta was so kind a sweet. She ran the whole place by herself! So inspirational!

I've never got to try one because they never have ingredients available for anything and they are barely even open in the first place and the employee there even ignored me one time and took the order of these people that just walked in the door despite me waiting like 10 minutes to get service because they were loud and obnoxious. Honestly with this bad of service, you might as well shut the store down honestly...

The little girl taking my order was the most disgusting and disrespectful human I have ever meet. Every time someone comes in she treats them with a disgusting attitude. Server linorta should fix that attitude of hers before working anywhere.

The most disrespectful people I have ever meet, one young girl was so rude with a nasty attitude. Won’t listen to what a customer has to say. The nasty little girl with ugly attitude I believe was Linorta that’s what it says on the receipt. So please never go here not worth the trouble.

This one blonde girl with her bra sticking out and poorly done makeup was rude, she didn’t smile and she seemed upset when I asked her to repeat something. When we were leaving she said “ugh” and whispered something to this other girl working there. If they’re gonna act like that towards their customers then why work there?
