This location is the WORST ! I always make sure the order I place is not coming from this location.. But for some reason , it sometimes ends up from this place which makes the experience so bad each time . Always Inaccurate , poor preparation and unreasonable portion especially when I paid extra for some item..The best location is at Touhy by Walmart in Skokie . Always and I mean always accurate and reliable.

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak from this location with a tortilla on the side and when my food arrived the tortilla was basically a chip it was cooked so much and then I opened my bowl and it was barley a quarter full with globs of salsa and LITERALLY 4 pieces of steak

Coming from an Indian customer, there’s a tall Indian older dude that works the station who’s super stingey with portions. I suggest you dont come at night because theyre running out of things and he takes it out on you by sparingly putting portions so he can stretch the scarce items to other patrons.
Imagine, you order sofritas, which is just tofu, so you expect the other items in the bowl would make up the bulk. but no, this indian guy started me off with 1/2 cup rice. I asked for extra, and he wasnt too happy. a caucasian younger lady took over and I continued asking for extra beans, and I saw he was glaring at me as if I was doing something wrong.

The manager in charge drop my sauce on the floor and she picked up the sauce and put it in my bag. I work in a restaurant and that's bacteria. It's very bad service. 12 /15/2024 6:51pm order #390 #391 because they charge two times.Im very disapoint

Change, your gloves, CHANGE YOUR GLOVES, he know who he is, he sucks at this. Food pans appeared to be cross contaminated.. Server used his gloves to clean the table, throw food into the garbage can, then wrap my burrito. That violates serve safe policies

Just door dashed 4 steak tacos as last time we had so little meat we ordered extra just for meat. Not enough meat to fill two taco shells. Same with bowl. Great you saved a few dollars scamming us but will never go to store again.
Faith, the employee, was very unprofessional and displayed rude behavior. She began by curtly stating, ‘We only have brown rice, no white rice,’ in a dismissive tone and with an unfriendly demeanor. Later, she dropped the spatula from the hot sauce bowl and reacted with visible frustration and annoyance when I mentioned I didn’t want hot sauce. Her attitude was disrespectful, and she gave the impression that she didn’t want to be at work

Been ordering through uber for a while, wish could give 0 stars. From 10 only 1 time they made my order good. Today only sour cream, no sauces, no cheese, less chicken and always less portions, very less, dry. Is it that hard to follow an instruction? Can't you follow a normal instruction?? All you have to do is put stuff which is already there and atleast normal portions not even asking extra, rather then forgetting instructions and just less portion.

Few things make me give a one star. I placed an order on the app to be ready by a certain time. I get here and had to wait an additional 12min. There was no expedients just slow. Kicker no line at all!
