Very slow they take 20 minutes for one customer and then when they finish they do the delivery orders while customers are lining up there and the other employees sitting down and chit chatting . Stop hiring people who are up for no good .

Management needs to get it together. EVERY time I come here past 10, they are closed early. 5+ times! Doors locked. 10:15, 10:30. Locked! But of course the employees are standing there just looking at you. Not even cleaning.
I even asked once what their hours were, thinking I was wrong, but no. They're supposed to be open till 11. Seemingly a supervisor was very upset to learn that staff was closing before 11.
I work food service. This is crazy!
Just change the hours so I can stop leaving the house to get right back in my car.

Every time I stop here Tables ,Floor and Garbage 🗑️ have trash everywhere they do not care about dine in customers at all Sad truly sad it’s always filthy Corporate needs to pop in at Various times and fix this

My Dasher told me that the employee at Chipotle dropped my burrito on the floor, it broke open, and they put it back in the bag for delivery anyway. I looked at it, and it was indeed broken open.

Doesn't seem hard to mess up a kids quesadilla meal, but this place sure can. The cheese was melted completely out of the Tortilla and onto the foil, when opened, there was no cheese to eat. I also watched as the manager did temperature checks on each item, not once wiping off the tip of the thermometer...just from one meat to the next, and dipped in each sauce to the next. I also ordered a chicken bowl and veggies bowl. The scoop of rice was so small, they even tried to spread it out and smash it down to cover the bottom of the bowl. My scoop of veggies was bare minimum, I had to ask if they were serious and to put more on there. It's extremely dirty as well. Luckily, corporate resolved my issue with the kids meal, as my child used their own giftcard to pay.

I only come here because it’s near to work, but otherwise this place sucks!! The workers always seem miserable, overwhelmed and rude. The wait time in line is always stupid because they’ll always be tending to several online orders at the line while there is a line of people in store that are willing to order.
Their food always looks dry, and their serving portions are extremely light. I understand limiting to a scoop of protein, but when it becomes sprinkling some chicken on a bowl full of rice you have to imagine there’s an issue with the management/owners.
Also, they always misunderstand my order despite me not having an issue anywhere else. Also, somehow a reward that I didn’t redeem was used on my order, and the workers had the audacity to shrug like “I don’t know seems like a personal problem.” Like I get not being able to do anything about it, but seriously?? No need for the attitude.
P.S. It is never clean!! No matter what hour of the day. Rice grains all over the floor and tables.

Good experience the guy that made the burrito was very nice And the burrito was great 👍

Portion sizes are way less than what it is supposed to be per Chipotle guidelines (you can google this). I ordered two burrito bowls half an hour ago at this location. The Hispanic guy helping me (sorry didn’t catch his name) had an attitude and was argumentative the whole time while making my bowls. The rice was clumpy, so I asked him to mix it and he had an attitude. He put HALF a spoon of chicken on each of my bowls. When I asked him to put more, he added ONE PIECE of chicken to each bowl. When I stated that other Chipotles add a full spoon (which is the required 4 oz amount), he was arguing and saying the other locations don’t do it right. In all the years of going to Chipotle, I have NEVER had an experience like this. Stingy and just out right RUDE.
