Worst costumer service ever, the employee or the manager tried to push me to buy the old not good package cinnamon roles tray, which they look old.

Like many other reviewers here, the cinnamon roll I got was noticably old and stale. The staff was not very friendly either.

lII wasn't so content with the relation quality-price. It is a good flavour, but I don't want to try to figure out how many calories are on it.LOL

Need to close this one and get different management , The HIP mall location is 10x better. Cinnabuns look stale and terrible here and staff doesnt seem to care. Would just save ure $ and go to the one at the hip for a actually good cinnabons

Who doesn't get happy from the sight or smell of cinnamon rolls??? I feel as if it's almost impossible not to feel joy from them.. That's why it truly baffles me how the people who work here seem to always look unhappy :( Unlike other Cinnabons that are located indoors, there's no food court area where you can sit down and enjoy their goods, so I guess that's a plus because even if the workers aren't friendly, you can just pick up and get out quickly! I celebrated this past International Women's Day by treating myself to a sweet and sticky roll and boy did it hit the spot!!!

I love Cinnamon buns, but fresh ones! Do not go to this location, every time I bought something here it was stale. So disappointed.

Krupa was extremely rude. Didn't acknowledge me when I walked in and just waited in silence until I said something. I asked for something and realized I was looking at the wrong item on the menu and she was extremely standoffish in her response when I realized my mistake. Seemed like she couldn't wait for me to get out of the store. My first time at this location and this experience alone makes me not want to come back.

Worst store policy - called in to find out if it was a company policy or not. So this store with a few other stores thought that they would pack the packaged buns in the morning and sell them all day up until close. We went a few minutes before the store closed and so badly wanted 6 yummy buns to take home. We were told we could not have the fresh ones because the young lady refused to box the six last fresh ones. Instead she tried to get us to buy the ones that she said were made in the morning. The price difference is what got me. We ended up taking 4 of the fresh ones because we did not want the ones that she admitted were sitting there since the store opened. We paid over $20 for 4 fresh buns but it cost more than the box of 6 we wanted. This store does not follow the fresh rule that the company wants to live by and they should not be able to say they sell fresh buns. Why not leave them all individual until someone buys a pack? That way they are always fresh? Is it that big of a deal to give people fresh buns.
I had purchased this chillattas and the mini cinnnabon was really hard it never tasted like that before, they need to train and use fresh products, and be faster with clients.

I went to the sorrell store to but boots nearby. Thought about going to cinnebon, but, due to other priorities, i went back to my hotel. I feel like cinnebon let me down, nonetheless.
