We booked Cortes Catering for a post-Memorial Service reception at a family home. Given the nature of the event, it was particularly important to us to have caterers who were efficient, thoughtful, easeful and elegant. Cortes Catering was all this and more. Chef Oscar Cortes is a fabulous caterer with deep understanding of fine cuisine. He's extremely detailed and strives for excellence in all the services he provides. His knowledge about food and kitchen safety preparation and procedures is huge due to the amount of years of experience he carries with him. I would recommend Oscar for any event where the quality of the food served is a top priority.
