Culver's has the best onion rings!!! They remind me of 40 years ago when you could find good onion rings almost anywhere. Now you can find terrible onion rings everywhere like the breaded onion mush that one burger joint serves or the greasy mess from down under. Not only can you ask for extra crispy but the large order is in fact LARGE. If you order their double swiss mushroom burger too you will be happy for the rest of your life!

I like my cheese to be melted on my sandwich instead of slapped on as an afterthought. The bun was toasted but was cold to the touch, not even warm. Visually unappetizing and taste were lackluster. School kids calling each other the n-word in the neighboring booth didn't help either. I guess the time of day (3 pm) makes all the difference in the world.

Stopped in here to grab a late dinner after a very long day at work, ordered at the drive thru. When my order was brought to the car I immediately noticed an issue with the caramel cashew sundae, what I received was just a plain scoop of vanilla custard, had to park, go inside and get that sorted out. Got home, opened the bag and instead of a burger pattie with a separate gluten free bun I’ve got a fully assembled regular burger, which due to food allergies I cannot eat and neither can anyone else in my household. I immediately call Culver’s and I’m told my options are to to either drive all the way back to get the correct order (even if I left right away I couldn’t have made it there by closing time) or give them my address to receive a coupon in the mail. My only option was the coupon, which when it arrived was for exactly one sandwich. I went to redeem that coupon yesterday and had to press them multiple times to include the gluten free bun as they were trying their best to charge me for it. So not only did I miss getting to eat any dinner the night of the order with multiple errors, I could’ve ended up very sick due to their negligence, then on top of all of that I had to jump through hoops to just get the sandwich I ordered and paid for weeks ago. Needless to say I will never be back. Shame on the owner/manager of this sub-par establishment

This Culver's location in Skokie is my favorite Culver's. Every one of their employees wears a smile on their faces and is friendly without a fail. It's especially fun to see their faces light up when you give them a tip when they run your food out to your car. The food is made fresh, as always, and this Culver's location in Skokie makes their food quicker than other locations, so it's a shorter wait. I like to drive from where I live in Lake County just to visit this Culver's location. The staff who work at this location really do make coming to Culver's fun. I would rate 6 stars if I could.
