I ordered a coffee this morning in the drive through, not a regular coffee....a pricey/fancy coffee....and received the wrong one. Was running late for work so I couldn't turn around. No one is answering the phone , how do I fix this?

I stop here every afternoon on my way to work this particular day I ordered a large coffee blueberry flavor what I got was not what I ordered it was a large cup of some green substance,since you moved to this location service has definitely gone down.its a shame I can't trust the neighborhood Dunkin to get it right.

Usually stop in before work. The cashier knows my order now and immediately recognizes me. Very nice and fast to grab coffee or a quick bite.
Parking: Parking is a small lot in front of the store but I don't have to find parking anywhere else.
I ordered a large matcha latte & not even 30 seconds later — before the person at the cashier could even read my order back to me & finalize — I asked if they could make it a medium matcha latte instead.The cashier person then informed one of the baristas in another language that I was changing my order to medium (“large” and “medium” were both said in English). The barista, who had already started on the order before I confirmed or even paid, started yelling back in this language & saying “large, large” in a mean tone over and over again when the cashier person said “she just wanted to change it.” I even said, “if it’s too late, it’s ok to charge me for the large. I don’t want to cause any problems.”She then yelled “LARGE” a total of six times & glared at me like I had done something incredibly offensive, and then handed over a LARGE matcha that was so clumpy it was evident she hadn’t mixed it much.I’ve worked in food service before & get how annoying it can be when someone changes their order, but to speak about a customer while they’re in front of you (even in another language when you’re clearly using the words “large” and “medium” to talk about this person…) is incredibly unprofessional and reminded me why I never visit this Dunkin even though it’s the closest to my house.I got a hostile reaction to a reasonable request, and I won’t be coming back.

The manager of this establishment was very rude to the other employees, she kept saying, “work harder”, “NO!” And “HURRY UP!”. I was bewildered on how bad you can treat employees. The food was good as usual but the donuts were better than other Dunkin’s.
