THIS LOCATION WAS A LIFE SAVER ON THIS CHRISTMAS DAY. VERY FEW BUSINESSES WERE OPEN AND I WAS IN A DESPERATE NEED FOR FOOD (SANDWICH) AND A NICE ENERGY DRINK. I WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE BOTH AND WAS PLEASED BY THE FOOD/DRINK AS WELL AS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. SO THE PLACE IS VERY NEWISH, IT WAS RELATIVELY FAST QUICK SERVICE AND I WAS AGAIN HAPPY FOR HAVING SOMEWHERE TO GO ON THIS CHRISTMAS DAY.

I visited this location and was really disappointed with the quality of the donuts. It seems like they are selling donuts that have been stored from previous days — they tasted stale and not fresh at all. For the price, I expected fresh products, not ones that are clearly past their best. Definitely needs improvement in quality and freshness.

Very bad today in the morning I asked for two cheddar twisted bagels and two coffees and I went to the window to pay I did at the end I got one cheddar twisted bagels and they charged me for the other one and they didn’t even say I don’t have another one I told her I need another one she said I don’t have it so how come you charge me and you don’t let the costumer know we only have one asked for the recipe told no we didn’t charge you ,COME ON PEOPLE WAKE UP WERE NOT GETTING FOR FREE IF YOUR NEW THERE JUST ASK YOUR BOSS BUT EVEN THE BOSS ITS NOT GOOD ANYMORE YOU CHARGE PEOPLE AND JUST LIKE THAT NOTHING HAPPENDS WAKE UP

The older lady is rude and unpleasant, she rushed us within taking our order that we didn’t get a chance to order our coffee with oat milk. When we asked for it she gave a big sigh over the intercom. When they messed up our order she yelled at her staff and told us to pull around. I hope she’s not the owner because I would hate to work for someone like that.

Bad service every time I visit. The older lady at the counter always seems unhappy and acts like she hates her job. The staff are rude and don’t seem to care, especially around kids. I used to go here because it’s close, but I’ll be avoiding this place from now on.

As far as Dunkin locations go, this one is awesome. Its clean and the workers actually seem happy and willing to provide good service!
Probably my the best Dunkin I’ve been to. Owners are very nice and run it well. Even though it’s busy there’s never much of a wait.
