If there was an award for most burnt espresso in a drink they'd have the world record.
I get it. Dunkin never makes the same drink twice depending on location.
But most times I can power through how bad the drink is.
This time I can't even do that that's how bad this cookie butter shakin espresso was made.

I stopped by this Location To get a banana split, I was asked to go around for my order when I got at the window. I said okay because i understand others might have fewer items that are already ready. When I got to the window my banana split was already melted and the whip aswell. I asked for a simple refund but I couldn’t get one cause the manager wasn’t there I live 40 minutes away and have to drive back JUST to get a refund couldn’t even get store credit. If you don’t have a manager that’s fine but atleast an employee that knows just as much as a manager or can handle situations like this cause the Young “Lady” at the window was extremely Rude & Ignorant. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate because this was ridiculous why is there not a manager in store or an employee trained for situations like this.

First and last time at this location. Some supervisor or manager was berating the staff loudly enough the whole place could hear him and when an older man had some sort of question or problem with his order the same manager started speaking to him very rudely and again the whole store heard. I felt terrible the whole time I was there because this one higher up is clearly taking years off of those employees lives.

Sometimes it’s nice but when they have deals during summer time they just charge you how they like it unless you tell them that u have a coupon or they will charge you the same really it’s not nice.
