Asked for a selection 1/2 dozen fresh donuts, got 3 pairs of stale donuts, not sweet at all, definately NOT FRESH. Everyone was very disappointed; me, most of all. I was a regular at the old location and i loved the staff that was there. They were friendly and fast. I am always happy with my order but the service is VERY lackluster depending on who you get. I’m always there in the morning so that just might be it. No “You’re welcome” or “Have a good day” they just hand the bag without a word. My only complaint is the customer service. It can be a lot better.

Love our new Dunkin!! Daniel, the manager at this location, was very helpful when I needed to place a large order for the teachers of District 69. He went the extra mile by coming in early and making sure everything got done correctly. This location is very clean and the doughnuts are great!

Sans Ross, terrible customer service. Don't bother going in the lobby, the workers (again, sans Ross, who is fantastic) are not people persons. They are so unskilled at customer service they are afraid, or just don't feel like making eye contact and at the very minimum pretending they are glad you came. Clueless at customer service, absolutely clueless. The one on touhy is better and that location is lucky to have Umair.
I just walk there with my 2 years old. Not knowing they were closed for renovation l. The lady I assume either manager or owner come out with 1 donut and gave it to my little one. That made her day since there isn't any other location we can walk to. Thanks for the kindness. I really appreciated since it's impossible to change her mind once she asks for something lol

I used to visit this location from time to time because my boyfriend lived nearby, but I just moved to Skokie and this is literally the only Dunkin' that has consistently good coffee.Every time I go there, which is about five times a week, my coffee is perfect. It never tastes burnt or watered down. My order is always a large cold brew or large iced coffee, and they're perfect. Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right!!
