Hot chocolate is watered, this is ridiculous! I should had order a bottle of water instead, and the donut tastes like it has been in the shelf longer than it should have been.

Yesterday I went through the drive-through to get a iced coffee with cream only so what I ended up getting was was a cold brew with very little cream and that wasn’t what I asked for so I called them back and told them yeah no problem you can come in and you know we’ll get you taken care of so I went in today and I met with a manager which I wasn’t fond of his demeanor. I showed him my receipt. All he said was yeah and I said do you know about the situation cause I told them yesterday he’s like yeah so what can I help you with? Well I want a refund because this coffee was not what I asked for there was no thank you no being apologetic like the whole thing was my fault that was my first time in that Dunkin’ Donuts, and that would be my last!!!!!!! I work in customer service and I’m very apologetic to all my customers if they’re not happy unfortunately this manager was not apologetic, and he looked at me as if it was my fault!!!!! but when I went in the other day, the lady who wrote up the complaint, she was super sweet and I think she should’ve been the manager. This guy has no customer service skills at all. I wouldn’t recommend the Dunkin’ Donuts at all. There are millions of other Dunkin’ Donuts on Dempster in Skokie and I’m gonna be going somewhere else!!! I don’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts at all!!!!!.

Ordered one medium coffee on January 15 and paid with Apple Pay. I was never shown the total, got no receipt, and was charged $7.27. I usually pay under $4 for the same coffee. This is unacceptable and feels like an unauthorized overcharge. Very bad experience.

Had a coupon for a free medium hot coffee. Asked if they could put oat milk instead. When I got the drink, it was just a cup of oat milk. They then told me they could not scan the QR code/barcode for the free drink voucher when they could have punched in the code number. They remake my drink and apologize and made it wrong again. Also, I find it super unsanitary to put the receipt in the bag with the doughnut.

If there was an award for most burnt espresso in a drink they'd have the world record. I get it. Dunkin never makes the same drink twice depending on location. But most times I can power through how bad the drink is. This time I can't even do that that's how bad this cookie butter shakin espresso was made.
