This is my 5th and last time coming here… the drinks here are always absolutely terrible they have never made a good drink I recommend going down dempster either way and those locations will always have good coffee

My first time at a Dunkin as this one is kosher. Doughnuts were fresh, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a mixup in my order, probably due to my accent, but they were very helpful in sorting it out.

My wife asked for decaf coffe plus crwam and cheese bagel to eat in she got regular coffe the store manager wanted to see the receipt in order to replace that coffe,all was ok except the manager very bad mudd

Very good location! My go-to Dunkin since I work nearby it and whether I go in the morning or afternoon they always take good care of me.
Abdul is such a good employee and a great guy, he always makes my days when I stop by in the afternoon. He always treats customers with respect and has a very bubbly personality! Good addition to the team!

Then I had to make my coffee over 3 times I ordered a French vanilla with extract French vanilla each time they then prepare it right a manager had to come out and take the order. I went through the drive through. I had to get out of my car and go into the store. Thank you very much

This place makes the best coconut donuts in the world bar none. Cake dough and completely covered in fresh coconut. The customer service is excellent, willing to take special requests and they are kosher. I always get a dozen of ‘em when fly in from Cali 😋
Grilled cheese is not worth the price. Iced coffee is why I go!

Disappointing experience at this location. The staff (curly hair guy) seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. When I ordered, the employee was rude and dismissive. Their bad attitude and unprofessionalism will overshadow their business.
The owner's attention to the service would be appreciated.

I had a Tuna Melt & hash browns made by Sidra. For a change, I put the hash browns on the sandwich. It was the best tuna melt I've had in my life. Get the tuna melt. Put hashie b's on it. 5 stars.

I ordered an item by mistake on the app and had to file a refund case. Jeremiah was working and imminently offered me a complimentary donut or a drink since I had already paid. Very respectful kind man. Made my day 10x better even just offering to fix the problem in the spot.
