This place needs to train there managers on the laws for service animal the Hispanic manager lady with glasses kicked my wife out of this establishment when she came in with her service dog she illegally asked my wife for the papers of her service dog and we do not need to provide that to her but we didn’t fee like arguing or proving her wrong so my wife stepped out with her dog that weight no more then 12pounds that she was carrying in her arms then she told the employee working the register that when someone comes in to ask for there papers she is sending that man completely off and I can tell you the next customer won’t be as nice as we were this is off online “ You may not, however, require identification documents for the animal or ask about the person's disability.”

I am a regular customer of this location and i know the owner and most of the staff here. I am writing this review because I am very disappointed about the carelessness about hot coffee lid improper closing when served. this is the 3rd time , I end up with hot coffee on my clothes and getting burned because someone did not close the lid properly. I have requested this to be fixed many times, but seems I have to make either check the quality of the lids and cups for defect or train the workers to care about others' safety.

They have forgot my doughnut the last 3 times I online order and they on my list order the bagel wasn't even cut
I ordered the wrong latte and as soon as I got to the window I asked nicely if they can make a the correct one but the lady was set on not making a new drink, even though her coworker said it was okay to remake it. She did not want to remake it whatsoever. I decided just to pay for my other drinks and not the latte. Im not going to pay for a drink I don’t want. I decided just to go to another dunkin.

During my recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts , I witnessed a troubling interaction between the manager, Talat, and a younger employee. The manager's tone and language seemed harsh and abusive. Concerned, I approached Talat to discuss the matter. Her response indicated a belief that such behavior was an acceptable way to manage employees, which I found deeply inappropriate and unsettling.In my opinion, every workplace, especially in a diverse and respectful society like America, should uphold standards of dignity and respect. The justification of such behavior based on norms from other regions is not acceptable. We must adhere to professional and respectful conduct in all workplaces, regardless of cultural background.This experience was disappointing and contrary to the standards of professionalism and respect that I expect in any establishment. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the working environment for the employees and the overall experience for customers.

Joy To The World
The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is so nice! They're friendly, they memorize your orders after a while, and they do a good job of accommodating your order even if it's not on the menu. You can tell that the individuals that work there get along very well with each other, which is probably why they offer such good service. Everyone there seems happy, which speaks volumes about Management. I made sure to tell the Manager all of this but had to leave a review as well. The only reason there is 4 stars for atmosphere is because I find the music too loud.

I use to come here everyday before going to class. In one of the visits, they gave me a cup full of ice, when I asked for light ice in my drink. Like two sips and it was gone. Common mistake so i went in there and politely asked to try to get it fixed. Some witch that works there with white hair and glassess started arguing trying to embrass me (even though i am showing her the cup filled to the top with ice) then smirking and remade another shyt drink (didnt even ask me what i ordered, just made something random) as if I came for another free 3$ drink after the first drink she thought I chugged within one minute of buying lol I threw it out at the store. So that happened like many many days ago (i had forgotteb about it already) since then everytime I come here, if she is around, she is standing there with a smug ugly face with random attitude. She was at the window today and didn't even want to scan my account before I finished paying. I was confused but understood this dumb person is the kind to hold random grudges with customers until her death lolMy friend and my brother also had the same rude experience with this particular individualAnyways people like her ruin normal experiences like just trying to get a drinkне ходите сюда, если не хотите испортить себе утро

I stop here in the mornings for my coffee several days a week. I go through the drive thru and 90% of the time I only get coffee. This drive thru is one of the fastest drive thru Dunkin' locations around. Even if the line is wrapped around the building, I know it is only going to take a few minutes to get through everyone. Drive thru staff is always friendly and prompt and ready to help if needed.
