This place has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I believe in treating everyone respectfully regardless of their position.
I ordered a sweetened iced tea and it came unsweetened. I ordered an assorted 25 ct of munchkins and it came with only chocolate. When I asked why is there only one kind the cashier said they only had chocolate. When I asked why didn't she mention that, she was quiet. I was not provided a receipt and was given an attitude when I asked for one.
Go to Starbucks, Panera or another Dunkin Donuts, just don't go to this one.

I like the Americano. This location has been consistent. They know how to make a breakfast sandwich. It's always warmed correctly. I have had experience other DDs where it is cold in the middle and not so fresh but here they are fresh and made well. Donuts are also good.

Picked up a mobile order from this location. They didn't have a donut and both the drinks I ordered. Instead of offering a substitute they just told me they didn't have it and looked at me. I had to ask if I could get a substitution on those things and they blankly looked at me then agreed. Would not come back.

Most of the time they give you the wrong order the lady that she speaks in the headset she can barely talk like she can’t hear you and when you go to the window you have to come out of the window to reach her
