I came threw the drive thru...give my order notice they put small drink instead of large for 1 of the 2 large drinks I asked for....go to window...see one of the drinks is small tell lady I asked for 2 large drinks. Lady tells me that's what I asked for. I tell her ....how can you tell me what I want. Gave me the coffee...taste just like water...ridiculous and the donuts were old as hell! Won't be returning. Poor service!

Poor Service Experience with Employee Named Premal
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to your store. The employee named Premal provided the worst service I've encountered there.
First, I ordered a sundae, but he gave me a double scoop instead. On top of that, the cup was handed to me dirty, and he had a noticeably bad attitude throughout.
Then, I asked for a banana split, but he started preparing it with just a single scoop. I had to raise my voice to get my order corrected, as he was acting like he couldn’t hear me.
Overall, his attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly from the beginning to the end of the interaction. I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers don’t have a similar experience.

I live 1 minute away from this location, I usually do pick up every day over here, but lately the ice latte and ice macchiato are almost all milk, no taste of Coffee at all, and not cheap at all, now I got pissed , I need to change the location to order my coffee, because in some other location's, the same coffee taste really good and it is not full of milk and wothout taste of coffee, in this location the coffee looks all white, that means The amount of coffee is very low
