This Dunkin’ has gotten worse. I waited 15 minutes for my food and got it wrong. Was late for work! They do not put your food in bags and do not give napkins unless you ask for them. The food is not cooked properly, undercooked. I use to like the old place when the quality was better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not go back!

I saw that they had a very busy drive-through so I was proactive and did a in café pick up not only did I wait eight minutes there but I received the wrong coffee and waited an additional three minutes to get the right one.

Kid-friendliness: Woman behind the counter kept telling my daughter “no donut, no donut, because my daughter was shy and didn’t say hi. I knew she was kidding, but it was a weird experience. Enough to have my daughter say “ why does she keep saying that. Won’t be back to this location. Also was in the drive thru line and nobody came for 5 min, so we went inside instead.

We ordered at the kiosk, 3 donuts and a coffee. After 10 minutes the coffee arrived but no donuts. 15 minutes later we inquired at the counter when they would arrive and found out they didn't have them. But no one bothered to tell us! When another guy said, and you don't even say sorry?" The server said, "Not my fault." And the place was unkempt. Trash on the floor, unwiped tables and cream area. The bathroom had no water and was disgusting. I don't know how they stay in biz.

Horrible attitude from the girls taking drive thru orders and counter orders too. My food was sitting their for 5 min without No one saying anything. They have 2 Bathrooms and they were nasty. Don't buy there.

This is one of the biggest and best Dunkin' Donuts within the whole area. This location has dual drive-thru indoor and outdoor seating ice cream and donuts and they even sell Donuts that others don't have. This location even has its own Bakery. So Donuts are made fresh all day and it's even open 24 hours. I learned that this was the vision of the owner to have an all-encompassing Dunkin' Donuts but unfortunately before it opened the owner passed away. Be sure to give this stuff and donuts a visit and support the family that owns it.

I urge the store manager and franchise owner to view the in-store security video from Friday 1/17/2025 from about 7:30pm - 9:30pm CST.

I came by to get some coffee and munchkins and check my email. After I already sat down with my food at a table, a party of four came in and sat right behind me - two adults and two small children. The children were screaming and running around out of control for over one hour - running laps, jumping around, banging into objects, pulling on doors, grabbing and wasting straws and napkins, touching the condiments and items for sale with their wet, dirty, germy hands, ... with constant screaming the entire time. The parent/guardian did barely anything to control them.

I managed to contain myself and not say a word to the parent/guardian behind me. I'm not going to get into a fight with some lazy, inconsiderate parent in a Dunkin Donuts. I just left.

The employees on staff that evening saw it all and did NOTHING. Not a darn thing. This is a major reason for the 1-star rating. I understand that you cannot control the types of customers that come in, HOWEVER your employees have a responsibility to prevent chaos, harassment to customers, possible damage to your property, and possible lawsuits for when one of the kids trips on a chair and smashes their face into the hard floor.

Let me fill you in on something about how things work these days... If one of those out of control kids slips or trips while they're using your cafe as a gymnasium and he smashes his face into a bloody mess, YOU, YOUR BUSINESS, OR YOUR EMPLOYEES MAY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. The entitled parent(s) will deny any responsibility and find a way to blame you and your establishment. It does not matter if you have video to prove otherwise. They have an injured 8-year old. They will lie and win in court.

PLEASE, keep your store(s) under control.

We had a bad experience this morning on the way to Detroit.We placed an order for 2 egg and cheese bagel and croissant,they missed up our order and gave us 1 egg bacon bagel which we didn't order and only egg croissant without cheese.
And when asked for refund they were rude.
Very unprofessional!!!

You need to train the employees better. The dude on the mic here on nov30 12pm had a whole 5 minute convo with me on the mic bc he didn’t know the drink names for a while and the line had 10 cars without 1 moving for 5 minutes so it would at least take 30 minutes to get coffee here on Sunday noon.
