I walked in wanting to order a $6 meal which is a medium coffee a bacon egg & cheese croissant and a hash brown. I had cash so I wanted to see if the kiosk would lemme order n pay up front and it didn’t, BUT I kept in mind the price and it was about $8.81 because I added 2 shots to my coffee and when I head to the register and she’s taking my order it comes out to almost $10 which I proceed to tell her that wasn’t the price on the machine. She proceeds to tell me that I’m wrong and that it is the price she’s saying because I’m getting 2 extra shots which I proceed to say I know, I added the shots on the machine too and it’s not the same price. Then two ladies are just staring me down now and she tells me forcefully ok then put it in the machine and I did and obviously it came to $8.81 which she the just walked away instead of looking with me and then the other lady that was giving me a nasty look came in. She gave me the same talk as if I didn’t know I added the shots on the screen and I had to re-tell my entire coffee because she deleted the entire thing….then I just asked her, so if I wanna pay cash instead of with my card it’s gonna be more? And she said yeah if you pay here it’s the price I’m telling you. So I ask for 1 shot instead since I’m obviously not getting anywhere with them and I refuse to pay $2.29 + .99 for 2 shots when they should be .99 each I seen what they were doing…so then the Second Lady rings my order in again and it’s like $7 and then I ask her for less ice and she tells me no(like literally just straight up no like ? Are we serious) but I ask again and I’m not sure if she did it she just mumbled but I the I say to her I’m like see it’s $7 now, can you just add one more shot to that and it’ll be $8 and not the almost $10 the other lady put in…and then she clicked for like 2 minutes as if they really don’t wanna give out shots., and then it came out to $8.81 as I expected. Then they proceed to give me an older cup of expresso shots sitting out and put it into a medium cup and lightly tap the milk and then fill it with liquid sugar…it was super dark and I didn’t even wanna make a bother anymore because everyone back there including the manager gave me faces….like you guys don’t take pride in making any food and should be ashamed of how lack of effort everybody is to make drinks. Never go here if you actually want a drink that isn’t basic and has minimal things because they will not listen to you, scam you, deny you and get your order wrong and unpropotionate

I had a great experience at Baskin Robbins today. Mirza was extremely polite, patient, and helpful while serving me. I ordered the Mango and World Class Chocolate flavors, both were amazing, but the service made it even better. Mirza’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. Highly recommend visiting this branch!

When ordering, I specifically asked for oatmilk for my drink (I have an allergy!!) and my friend asked for decaf for his drink. He repeated it back to me but still gave me normal milk and my friend caffeinated coffee. We also got a cup of water that had pieces of paper in it.

Good morning, I was coming here every morning before 8:30 to pick up a hot Coffee with seven sugars and seven creams apparently every time I get my coffee, it is for sure not fresh because the coffee is never hot. It’s just warm and they always give me my coffee with no sugar. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and I return yesterday morning And the same thing happened. It seems like the employees are always in a rush to serve you.

I visit this Dunkin 2 to 3 times a week. Today they really screwed up my order. I ordered a new drink that they told me they didn't have. It was on the menu board. I also ordered the drink as a large but got a small. I ordered Avocado toast with Bacon. Didn't get the Bacon. No receipt to verify the order. Looks like it's time to go across the street to Starbucks!!!

The employees will create a false police report to try to get you arrested for rightfully calling them bums for purposely neglecting an order and purposely not picking up the store phone. Then, the female employee will call you back on a different phone to cuss you out. She also does not understand that some people do not like their breakfast sandwiches with meat. I did call back and say mean stuff to the workers, but I do not lie to police officers nor threaten people. Night shift crew definitely needs some fixing. First arrow is a cop calling me, second arrow is the worker calling me.
This Dunkin’ has gotten worse. I waited 15 minutes for my food and got it wrong. Was late for work! They do not put your food in bags and do not give napkins unless you ask for them. The food is not cooked properly, undercooked. I use to like the old place when the quality was better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not go back!
