Epic Burger

Walked from my hotel and was not disappointed. Ordered a vegan burger with sweet potato waffle fries, and it was delishhh. Almost like the picture, not deceiving in size. Cooked to perfection in a reasonable amount of time.

I will not be returning to this location. I came here with four co-workers for lunch, and we were all disappointed. I’ve been to other Epic Burger locations and never had an experience like this.

I ordered a Cowboy burger with small Cajun fries, but the portion of fries I received looked more like a kids’ size. One of my co-workers ordered the Epic Salad with Thousand Island dressing, and the amount of dressing provided was ridiculous, maybe a tablespoon in a tiny condiment cup. For a full salad, this was laughable. When he asked for more, the staff’s response was just as disappointing. The person who brought the food looked at him like he was crazy and didn’t seem to understand him. He then asked the cashier, who told him it would cost 99 cents for another spoonful of dressing.

Between the small portions, the unfriendly service, and the nickel-and-diming, this location is not worth the money. Very disappointing.

Went for a quick lunch of burger and fries. I had to wait too long to place my order as worker in front of place was preoccupied with making juice. Another worker approached to take my eat in order. I had to pat the grease off the burger and wipe the extra salt off the fries. Other Epic burger locations have better customer service. I was looking for a good burger. I MAY try turkey burgers next.

I had a mix-up when ordering through Uber Eats. I meant to place a pickup order at the Old Orchard location but accidentally selected another Epic Burger. Totally my fault for not double-checking, but the team at Old Orchard went above and beyond. They called the other location, confirmed the order, and graciously honored it on their end.

The staff was kind, patient, and quick to help something that really stood out, especially in such a busy shopping center. Thanks to them, my lunch break turned into a stress free and satisfying moment. I genuinely appreciated their effort and professionalism. This kind of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Kudos to the team!
