Came here for lunch before happy hour. I found out about happy hour when the rush came in. Thankfully we were done with our meal so we left before it got super crowded. The space is a bit small. They have a few seats at the counter area. Please be advised that if you are anything over a size 2 your butt will be hanging off the sides of this doll sized seat at the counter. The other seats available are wooden seats, no padding, this is something I note due to my sciatica issues but that may not apply to anyone so take as you will. The food itself is fine but honestly nothing special or epic about it. I found a hair in my food and sent it back to the kitchen. They did make it right but I was already put off. The epic sauce wasn’t my favorite and the cookie tastes like those cookies you get at a gas station. Overall a mediocre experience, sad to say. I was really hoping to like it especially because they offered a fish sandwich and a plant based burger for those who have certain dietary needs.Find somewhere else to eat in my opinion.

Overpriced, overcooked and overrated. In one word: Underwhelmed. Had the turkey burger and for 10 bucks expected a burger that was at least as thick as the lettuce. It had zero flavor but hard to have flavor and juicy-ness when the burger is paper thin. Definitely disappointed - save your stomach some frustration and go someplace else.

For the price I thought I would have had a good burger. No flavor to it at all. I will spend 20 plus dollars on better food.
Used to be decent burger place, it's terrible now. They advertise "happy hour" which I didn't know about, yet still charged me $43 for 3 burgers and 3 fries. "Happy Hour" price advertise $5.99 per burger and $1.99 fries, do the math. Not to mention these burgers are paper thin ( probably because of the happy hour)

My sister purchased a $120 gift card for me to epic burger a year ago. We attempted to use it today, but was told that the gift card was too old to use. My sister was with me and had the original receipt, but the manager still refused to let us use the gift card. When we asked for a refund, that was not granted either. She told us there was absolutely nothing she could do. We were hoping that at least the food would be good, but unfortunately that was subpar as well. Very disappointed in their business practices, customer service, and quality of their food.
