Came to this place for my birthday with some friends. First time here so we weren’t quite sure how the place ran. We had booked a few consoles, but wanted to eat before our reservations. Everything was fine until I placed my order. I paid for 3 cokes and got 4. We didn't think much of it, but we left it there. My partner had ordered boneless wings and we waited 10-15min and it never got brought out. One of my friends went to go find out at the bar what was going on. There was food there that we all thought was for customers to grab as there were no signs, and since its a gaming place we thought its for people to grab while gaming. Someone came to verify that we actually ordered the wings and immediately said why did we grab food. My friend said they thought it was there for everyone as there were no signs. It was a tiny slice of cold pizza by the way. The staff tried to lie by saying there’s signs everywhere when 6 of us literally saw no signs when we came in. The signs were placed after my friend grabbed the slice of pizza. The staff then said what were those wings that were on the table when 3 of us in the group ordered separately. The staff then said we will put your wings to go and my friend needed to get out. The wings weren’t even his, and the way they tried to lie just killed the entire mood of all of us wanting to be there or give our business to. We understand a mistake was made, but don't call us a liar. We decided to go to the front to cancel all of our reservations and went somewhere else instead. Never again will I book a party here or any other day in general.

So much fun. Great place for a date night, a game of pool, or some drinks and dinner followed by air hockey and arcade games. I love that this place is right down the block, and they are open late! Great atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff!

This is a cool space! They have two spaces, one for computer gaming and one for arcade games. There are so many arcade games that I haven’t ever played, like a pitching game and a climbing game, and a few classic ones, like basketball and a version of dance dance. You need to buy a game card to play which for 75 credits, their games range from charging 5 to 13 credits, costs $15 then the $2 card fee. Also, I went here for an event called Mango Madness (sadly, there really wasn’t much mango there) and got to play some games too. It was fun!

Great place to hang out with friends! It really has everything- gaming stations for PCs and consoles, good food and drinks, and an arcade in a separate connected room! Had a lot of fun and definitely coming back again.
