The food was OK... I had a steak sandwich and onion rings. The steak was shredded but tasted good. The waiter was there but didn't get an order correct. Not bad service but could have been better. Give people time to look at the menu and don't be afraid to refill beverages a little quicker. Good place if you want good food quickly. They nailed that part.

Arrived around 8 PM after meeting with a friend. The restaurant was partially closed, with one section shut down while the other half remained open, but the tables were dirty. The restroom was in terrible condition, overflowing and unclean. The food was typical of what you’d expect from an IHOP, and our server did a great job. However, the overall cleanliness made me uncomfortable, leaving me unsure about the state of the kitchen.

It's fine for diner food, good breakfast items. Service at this location has been pretty good.
I have been coming here since I was a kid. Suggest eating breakfast there at lunch or dinner time. Really. Great hash browns good service. High school kids can get coffee, older people can be comfortable as there is alot of room. Never had a bad meal there in 30 years

Excellent food, very friendly staff and food came out quickly. It was pretty much empty for a late(7:40p) breakfast for dinner on a Sunday, so nice and quiet. Same big portion sizes which is nice after a day at a pumpkin patch. Perect for what kiddo and I like or what the others there were doing, which sounded like a small study group. Only thing was it had to have been set to 65-66 degrees in there, since it was a bit chilly.
Parking: The parking lot is small and entrance easily missed, but it was pretty empty when we went.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance with minimal bumps

I walked in to this place at 7.02 this morning. There was one customer in the restaurant, eating. The one waitress on duty told me to sit "anywhere". I took a seat and she brought me a menu and asked if I wanted coffee. I replied "no thanks, I'll have water, please."She replied "water" and walked away. A few minutes later, while I'm waiting for water and ready to order, a group of 3 or 4 come in and are seated by the same waitress in a booth on the opposite side from where I am seated. The waitress then proceeds to gather coffee cups and a pot for these customers, ignoring me. Its now been at least 6 or 7 minutes since I was seated. After serving them coffee, she goes back and gathers glasses of water for this group, at which time I decided to leave. The service was not one star, it was non existent. I drove to another restaurant and the service there was 5 stars. In addition, the food was much better and the plate was full of food when served to me, unlike the skimpy portions doled out at Ihop. And the price was about the same. Don't waste your time with this joint

We had to sit ourselves which is fine, the server threw the menus at us a little aggressive and didn't even say hello or good morning or anything. We waited 15 mins and they didnt get us even water. It was not packed. The server we got I heard her complaining about another customer wanting to do separate checks, if you don't want to do customer service maybe don't work with people. Just a thought. We walked out, never coming back here.
