DO NOT DO THE FACTORY TOUR!!!
We did the factory tour, and this had to be the worst tour ever.
We started at 3:10pm and ended at 3:36 pm. There was 10 people in the superrr tiny small area, the lady giving the tour did not properly explain anything! We barely got to participate and kept bumping into the very large sized woman and man that were brought in with us! We didnt get to make our oreo cookies, the caramel/chocolate apple or the pretzels. There was NO FREAKING SPACE!!!!!!!! And it was supposed to be an hour tour! It ended in 26 minutes!!????? What in the actual eff did we pay for? $80 for apples!???? My kids didnt even get to participate properly! And if each slot has 8 people, why the hell were there 10 people in there!??? Top of it, you should be mindful of obese people, if they are obese they should be only 2-4 allowed at a time. We had a chocolate factory tour in orlando and kids loved it!! They educated us, we got to make our own chocolate bar, and each of us got to participate properly because they were organized and knew how to interact with kids. These ladies had zero interaction with kids. I don’t know if they were tired or what the issue was but we paid $80 for apples and came out in 26 minutes! Most terrible experience possible! I am going to be leaving a review on all of your pages so people know what the hell they are coming in for. We didnt even get our own chocolate bar to create!!! They had the other people make 1 bar and everyone shared!??????? It wasn’t set in the freezer properly and it was super bitter.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the delightful aroma of fresh chocolate, setting the tone for a memorable visit.
The entire store is beautifully designed, with an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The displays are artfully arranged, showcasing a wide variety of chocolates, from classic milk and dark options to unique and adventurous flavors. The chocolates at Nut & Candy are simply outstanding. Each piece is a testament to high-quality ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship.
The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering samples and providing detailed information about the different products. Michael went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. They were patient, answering all my questions and even offering personalized recommendations based on my preferences.
Thank You, Nut and Candy

Daisy and Bianca were very patient and the tour was amazing. Very well tailored to our young kids, not too long in explanations just pure fun.
We were originally told the tour would be an hour long so I was surprised when we finished after 20 minutes. Otherwise it was great!

We did the chocolate factory tour and had a great time learning about how chocolate is made and making our own creations!
My kids and I had a blast. The place is small and intimate which made it a great experience for the kiddos. It started off at adorable level 1000% when they were handed aprons (to keep!) and hairnets. The kids were giggling and laughing but felt very official towards their chocolate making duties. The experience was amazing, making a chocolate bar, chocolate covered pretzel sticks, chocolate dipped cookies and a large juicy caramel apple with toppings. Thetour was about an hour, very hands on and lots of fun. Our tour guide was personable and funny. Really great price for the experience and the goodies. Definitely recommend.

Re: Chocolate Tour
Great concept, however, super small area to perform in, I mean super small plus we had a group of ten, which was way over capacity for this room - should be reported to the village. Groups of four would work… the kitchenette needs a cleaning and the entire set up should be reorganized…. Everyone was all over the place and it was a difficult process! Adults and parents with kids should probably be in separate groups as well… this would be helpful! We looked forward to this experience but we’re disappointed, what was extremely sad was that one of the customers made a rude comment about my two year old daughter and the instructor basically sided with her vs informing customers not to make comments about other customers! The main instructor was not too nice. We drove for over an hour to this place and will not recommend.
The chocolate tour was great. Our nephew was in from Seattle and we wanted to do something different. We reserved the last 2 spots for that hour hoping someone wouldn't show up so my handicapped (wheelchair) mother or I didn't have to wait outside. They had no problem accommodating and even took me in back to make sure the wheelchair would fit. Chavida and Marly were great and explained everything. It was a bit tight when we got in back but everyone was very respectful and taking turns. I would highly recommend the tour if you have kids for $20 per person. Alright this is not fair my mother said she wrote a review but didn't see I wrote one to. Then she had the nerve to say hers was better anyway. Even though you guys are biased I'll keep the 5 star.
