Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Wings and curly fries were so salty they were inedible. Go to pizza hut and get the wing street there at least you can eat those. Whom ever has this ghost kitchen set up at chilies needs to pull it!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Never will I order here again. I used their website to order and the delivery driver (door dash) delivered someone else's order. When I called the restaurant (chilis) they had my order still but couldn't do anything about it because of door dash and made me call them. Door dash was confused and put me on hold to contact the restaurant and guess what, they didn't pick up. Worst experience ever. I'm contacting my credit card company now.
THERE WAS HAIRS WRAPPED AROUND MY WINGS!!!!! EW.ALSO after checking in online via link texted to me for take out, i was left waiting for 10 minutes before finally walking in. the red haired girl was like “oh that was your car??” like GIRL i know you saw the ONLY CAR in the take out spots sitting in park!!! tf!!!!first, and last, time here. will be following up about a refund.

The food is delicious and the prices are very fair. The only issue I have is, it's location is two miles from where I work and the food always takes between 45 minutes to an hour to get to me. Sometimes longer even if I order it before my actual lunch break.
