Today was a complete major course on how NOT to treat a client. I ordered a pizza online and was supposed to pick it up almost 50 min later. When I got there, I was told my pizza was given to another person, and they would make a new one for me. I asked if I was going to get compensated with a free pizza since this was not my mistake and now I had to wait another 15 min for the pizza. I was told that this place is not a charity and if I wanted my pizza, I’d still have to pay. Furthermore, I was told that I was making a big deal out of this situation , which I didn’t create, and I could leave if I wanted to. The absolute disdain with which I was treated is one I have never experienced in any type of store. The owner of this place should really look into who is working there and how they are treating clients. I was totally disgusted at the manager’s behavior towards me.
Needless to say, I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5 days.

This location lacks delivery drivers! Our pizza be taking twice as long when is advertised it’ll take 45-60 mins Is taking 2 hours. No warning no call from them. You literally have to call them only for them to tell you is going to be another hour Please fix your problem

Originally from Jersey it's been hard to find pizza that's even decent out here. This pizza is amazing! (Both my picky kids approve too!) You call it Detroit style I call it Sicilian. Perfect crispy buttery bottom. Thick yet airy inside. Sauce is flavorful and cheese is real, not a puddle of oil on top of your pizza. The gentleman (I think the owner of store) is A+ as well. Customer service is important and he aced it. I will be back anytime I am in the area and I suggest you do the same!

I think Jet's is the best take-out pizza. I used to use another takeout chain but their service was poor and the pizza not as good as it used to be. Then I discovered Jet's and it hit the spot for me. Who knew I was a Detroit-style pizza fan? I love their soft, chewy crusts and the toppings are all first rate. I'm never going back to that other chain, papa!
