Great food, demo derby parking ( where people just make up their own parking spaces near the front door without penalty (bring your smallest worst car)) , and erratic service with confusing queues when crowded. Takes awhile to figure out what line to stand in for what, or if there even is a line, or how to get the attention of the usually tired looking people behind the counter. People with the loudest mouth seem to get waited on over others when it's busy. Absolutely needs...

2 1/2 hour drive saw them on a Google search. Not to busy today. The counter people were all very helpful for the out of towners. No place like this where we are. I was overwhelmed with options. Decided on the New Jersey By Pass. Yep it was fantastic. My bride had a loony Tuna. She loved it our cousin had the uncle Lenny it was pretty good. . Large and filling. Took home some pastries. Got some black and whites for the trip home . Should have bought more. We will try the others...

I’ve been wanting to stop into Kaufman’s for years…not sure what took me so long. I had a doctors appointment in Skokie and was starving once I left. Made my way to Kaufman’s.
I walked inside and was a little confused on their system or where to begin. They have three counters…one for the deli, one for the bakery, and one with prepared/frozen foods. I took a lap around just to take it in and then got in line for the deli, as I wanted a sandwich. Their deli menu...
