I am regular customer and constantly having an issue at this location. I keep repeating the orders more than two times and receiving wrong items. Whoever is taking orders is not good. Even repeating the orders more than two times, they keep doing wrong. Today we called at 8.30 pm and repeated 2 times the order, she repeated well. I went there, repeat the order and paid it. I opened the box and again it was wrong order. Cashier half ass my order. Chewing the gum infront of the customer. She said meaningless way sorry, and her attitude bother me alot and I asked refund. Owner attention: Hire the people who are dedicated and willing to work. Hire the people who understands the orders and following the orders well Train the people not chewing the gum at the working area.

Used to come here all the time because of proximity. They very clearly skimp on ingredients, specifically dough, and should be investigated by corporate. Take your business elsewhere

My family loves ordering from this place but now you can’t order delivery over the phone and if you’re going to do delivery you have to use grubhub, DoorDash and other similar online services that charge you a premium for going through a third party rather than little Cesar’s website like what Domino’s. Huge mistake I’ll personally now be ordering from Domino’s where at least you can still pay under $20 for delivery to your house.🤦🏽

Completely messed up 25 dollar order. I personally asked manager to double check SQUARE CUT. when I opened box they cut it wrong . Toppings were not added asking FORGOTTEN
The rudeness of the delivery drivers and the lack of action by the store is telling. I have lost over 2 orders in money that they said they could do nothing about. Last delivery missed a piece of pizza. Terrible management at the Dempster location.

I used to order from this place and was satisfied in the past, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The pizza I received was clearly stale, as if it had been made long ago and simply reheated. On top of that, the staff was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. This is not the kind of service I expected.
