Manager at night Jackie, and worker at the desk names Margarita are the exact reason people stop going to locations. Asked simple questions as to why I did not get called on when I pulled up and the manager Jackie responded with I was grabbing the headset and did not let me talk. She stated the EXACT WAY that I was speaking at the microphone was the EXACT way I am speaking now. When I was simply asking how when I pull up first to the order (right after another car) and watch an order get taken three times at the left side vs me at the right(who got there first) and their answer was idk I’m not the manager. How does that even make sense ? Incompetence leading your night crew led by an incompetent manager who has no customer service.

food was cold?stale fries?worker at the window was very disrespectful i had ordered a cone of vanilla ice cream and he didn’t hand it to me as i was about to say something he say “that’s it bye” and closed the window i had beeped a bit to get his attention,and was ignored after 2 minutes he saw he was wrong but didn’t apologize and instead said “ok bye” in a more rude tone.I get it that it’s Christmas eve but this worker needs to much more polite and realize that he was in the wrong and at-least apologize.

The truth is, the customer service from the girl tonight who is in customer service at the first window is horrible. She was talking to herself on the speaker and when I got to the window she was just on her phone and she still complains to me that I have to speak for the reason that I have to follow the rules and even so I told her that she was just on her phone and not paying attention to her work and I get to the second window to pick up my order and the second girl starts to complain that I don't I speak through the loudspeaker I have to follow the rules because the girl came to complain when she should have asked what happened and when I told her that she was on her phone she just stayed silent, what a disappointment in service 🤢

It is an excellent restaurant, the only problem is in the mornings and you are unlucky to have a woman of Asian origin take your order. She is very rude when speaking and I have seen how she has had problems with other customers because of her lack of patience and when she gives you your takeaway, she throws your bag on the counter, something she does not do when serving those of her own race. . Otherwise it is excellent.

One of the stuff who worked on the counter when we were picking up our order, were not a kind person. I ordered just drink from kiosk and when I asked to pick up my order, he behaved like humilate us and he insisted to not bring my friends' table service order.
In brief, I always go mcdonalds to grab a food and I hardly ever encounter with these stuffs who are unproffessional and rude. So, I dont recommend this mcdonalds. We never go there again.
