I came in today through the drive thru and ordered a double fish meal and two mcdoubles....they gave me the food and I drive off ...then I looked in the bag and there was only a single fish ...so I turned back and the guy said I needed to pay $1.69 extra...I said you made me turn back and you want me to pay you now for your mistake? He forced me to pay....which is ridiculous....I worked at McDonalds when I was younger and whenever we made a mistake....the customer gets the order and we don't charge them anything extra...to top it off....he gave me an expired pie like he was doing me a favor for the inconvenience (look at the pic)....this happened between 11 pm and 11:30 pm on December 4th 2024

I purchased two ice creams on the app. The machine wasn't working properly and manager Maria refused to give me a refund. She told me I have to do a refund through the app, which there is no option to do. So, they basically stole $4.50 from me. Talk about bad service. I'll never return here again.

Went on this location for the first time and had the worst experience. Zero costumer service, Nasty and unhygienic environment, Old and dirty benches, dirty washrooms with addition bugs were flying around. I ordered Fish fillet meal, and the fish fillet sandwich taste so bad that I had to threw it away and leave the space.
Im at the drive-thru now and i got to the restaurant like 10:45 and the lobby was closed the hours are till 11 so why is it closed 15 minutes early 😡

Extremely old and outdated company. Terrible ingredients. When they changed their fries the fries never hit hard at all. Completely flat and disgusting. The fries have become the worst fries ever. Ground beef is horrible. Mostly no quality in the majority of their ingredients. This is another company that should be closed permanently. McDonald's is completely dillisionsal and lacking reality. Do not recommend.
