Working with Tom was easy and he was extremely helpful. He even made one of our dishes to our family recipe! They arrived later than I thought they would to our memorial, but had everything ready to go & had helpful suggestions, which were offered respectfully & privately, very very useful. They grilled our specified bratwurst and veggie burgers fresh & timed them to start coming out just when we were ready to serve. They also cleaned up unobtrusively & waited to get the final paperwork done until I was free. I appreciated all of their work & am happy to say that we got several compliments on the food!
