Brutal. 15 minutes wait for a cashier to return a garbage product. Go elsewhere.

Ridiculous long wait. Put in line for “10 minutes”; from there it took 35 minutes until we got served.
No clue why Nespresso can’t get their operations organized; I.e. for customers being able to grab the sleeves of coffee needed, pay and go as opposed to the lengthy wait and get served individually at slowest pace.
One would think they could at least serve a coffee while letting people wait that long.
Likely my last time buying Nespresso at all.

I came to the store with the intention of buying Vertuo pods. However, the hyper-aggressive, rude and condescending demeanor of the sales manager completely turned me off to the whole experience and dissuaded me from making my intended purchase. I had asked to sample a certain flavor, which I thought I had never tried. The manager aggressively questioned me about having already ordered this flavor in the past, strongly insinuated that I was lying, and pressured me to buy without sampling. This is the Nespresso store, I didn’t come in for an interrogation.

Apparently they came up with some brilliant new system where you have to “check in” to wait in “virtual line”. No one explained this to us this was the new process and as far as I am concerned it just slowed everyone done even more. Not efficient at all. If I can avoid coming into this store I absolutely will.

The Nespresso machine and its coffees have completely transformed my daily coffee experience! It’s incredibly easy to use, and I achieve perfect coffee every time. Rude ass employee.. Better order online. I came in to try their new limited addition and this lady only goes to pple standing in line that are about to order and offer them coffe.. I was right at the bar waiting for 3 pple which got their coffee already. I will rather order online then deal with rude as pple. Or change my machine and get something else.

Ignorant ladies. I came to the desk to ask for taste sample to consider buying one of the coffee machines. When I greeted worker she just did not respond back, I saw she heard me but just ignored. We were waiting for someone to help us but no one was bothered. Better buy somewhere else

Not the level of service I expect from a premium brand like Nespresso. The workers were a bit rude insisting that I can't be bothered unless I waited in line. Happen to the people behind me too.
BTW if you are selling special seasonal flavors, then offer samples. I don't need to taste a Ristretto for the hundredth time.

We all know what we get here. This review is for Amber. I believe she is a senior rep or a manager or something but whatever her title is, it's earned. She was extremely helpful and impressively knowledgeable about coffee and espresso. My wife knows all that stuff so it was foreign language to me but she helped us choose everything I liked just from my description. Good job Amber, we'll see you soon.

2-15-2024 I wish they put the name of the staff in the receipt. The staff member a woman with a white sweater was very professional and had attention to detail , took my order for my preferred items and recommended two others. I spent $84.97. Thank you for being very good at what you do.

We usually order our Nespresso pods through the mail, but when we’re in the area it’s fun to go to this boutique and get recommendations from the employees and see what’s new. The people working here are all friendly and helpful, and offer to make you a cup of coffee while you browse. Such a nice experience.
