Nespresso Boutique Old Orchard Center

I’m pretty new to espresso in general, and the Nespresso store at Old Orchard has been such an incredible experience from day one. I’ve been in the store three times now, and every visit I’m met with some of the most knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful people—especially Price and Eli.

They’ve taken the time to educate me, help troubleshoot my machine, and open my eyes to a whole new world of coffee. Because of them, I’m now officially a die-hard Nespresso fan.

In a time when so many retail experiences can feel rushed or impersonal—and when people are turning more and more to online ordering—this is the kind of store that actually makes you want to come in. They walk you through the options, explain everything clearly, let you sample different coffees, and truly provide a level of service that no website, AI, or computer ever could.

I’ve tried other espresso brands, and honestly, nothing beats Nespresso. The quality and flavors are incredible, and the experience at this store makes it even better. Huge thanks to Price and Eli for being so patient and passionate about what they do.

Keep up the great work—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending the Old Orchard location to anyone getting into espresso!

A 1 stop shop for your nespresso cravings. They have a variety of coffee that suits your palate. I have the original and have been using it for quiet a few years. Get my coffee, either in-store or online.

The customer service at this location was terrible. I asked if I was able to quickly pay for my pods as I only needed one box, and a worker turns to me and says with an attitude “if it’s your turn” as he rolls his eyes. Better save your time and buy online if you don’t want your mood ruined :)

I would like to report a very unprofessional attitude from one of the employees during the end of the day shift on the Nov 14th!
The worker welcoming by the door was visibly irritated, dismissive, and acted as if assisting customers was an inconvenience. I understand everyone can be tired, especially at the end of the day, but the level of rudeness was unacceptable.

It genuinely felt like the person dislikes their job or simply didn’t want to deal with customers.
So sad Nespresso Store management. We are regulars and loving your coffee. I’ll not stop by in Skokie anymore if the woman still there.

***WOW*** Justin and all the staff I interacted with today were exceptionally knowledgeable and nice. Friendly and positive interactions in brick and mortar retail seem to be fewer and far between and I just felt compelled to share in the form of a review. Thank you Nespresso team!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nice to see familiar faces who remember you when you return. Great coffee and usually a few new flavors to try out - including something to sample as you place your order.

I usually purchase all my capsules online but I happened to be in the Old Orchard vicinity and stopped in for a few packs of coffee .

Quick and easy walk to the store from the parking lot .

When I arrived there was no one there . Quiet time of time . I proceeded to ask a lady for what I needed , as I knew exactly what I wanted . I found it a bit strange that I needed to wait and give my name on a iPad and wait until I was called upon … especially as no one else was in the store .

When called my name I gave my order , service was then fast and I paid and left . I still think the iPad registration was weird .

I will stick to buying my pods online .

The staff at this location are wonderful always polite and helpful. The best part of having this location is you can try your coffee before you buy your coffee! Awesome idea for anyone wanting to try a Nespresso or even a specific flavor. Once you try a Nespresso coffee you will throw your Keurig away!

Brutal. 15 minutes wait for a cashier to return a garbage product. Go elsewhere.

Ridiculous long wait. Put in line for “10 minutes”; from there it took 35 minutes until we got served.

No clue why Nespresso can’t get their operations organized; I.e. for customers being able to grab the sleeves of coffee needed, pay and go as opposed to the lengthy wait and get served individually at slowest pace.

One would think they could at least serve a coffee while letting people wait that long.

Likely my last time buying Nespresso at all.

I came to the store with the intention of buying Vertuo pods. However, the hyper-aggressive, rude and condescending demeanor of the sales manager completely turned me off to the whole experience and dissuaded me from making my intended purchase. I had asked to sample a certain flavor, which I thought I had never tried. The manager aggressively questioned me about having already ordered this flavor in the past, strongly insinuated that I was lying, and pressured me to buy without sampling. This is the Nespresso store, I didn’t come in for an interrogation.

Apparently they came up with some brilliant new system where you have to “check in” to wait in “virtual line”. No one explained this to us this was the new process and as far as I am concerned it just slowed everyone done even more. Not efficient at all. If I can avoid coming into this store I absolutely will.
