2-15-2024 I wish they put the name of the staff in the receipt. The staff member a woman with a white sweater was very professional and had attention to detail , took my order for my preferred items and recommended two others. I spent $84.97. Thank you for being very good at what you do.

We usually order our Nespresso pods through the mail, but when we’re in the area it’s fun to go to this boutique and get recommendations from the employees and see what’s new. The people working here are all friendly and helpful, and offer to make you a cup of coffee while you browse. Such a nice experience.

Absolute worst customer service. An employee named Shanna was so rude and disrespectful. She was incredibly discriminatory and made my Asian children feel like they were going to steal something. We were there to pickup an order. Im disgusted.

Disappointed with the staff at this location. They were dismissive and unprofessional when I visited the store yesterday. They recently sold me capsules that expire next month, which I wanted to return. They asked me to move in a rude way while they helped other customers. Then when it was my turn, they had a hard time calculating the cost of capsules plus tax for my refund, when it showed on the receipt. They ended up issuing less than what I had paid (the difference being the tax).

Breakfast at Nespresso? Caffeine and Nespresso are my not-so-guilty pleasures. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy the occasional Starbucks drive-through, but how satisfying is it to have your own espresso prepared exclusively for you in the comfort of your own home? The rich full body flavors and layers of crema -- you get the full on barista experience in your kitchen.So what do you do when you run out of capsules, which by the way, can be recycled by dropping at the Nespresso Boutique at Old Orchard. Of course you can order online and of course you can return the capsules in a UPS drop box but I will use any excuse to stop in the Nespresso Boutique. Why wouldn't I want to go to Old Orchard (the only other location in Illinois is at 900 N Michigan?) I like to look at the colorful capsule displays, examine the new flavors -- Juicy Watermelon and Whiskey Essence--what?, and covet the new shiny machines. The staff are always very patient and helpful, no matter the number of customers in the store. You can request a sample -- I was offered the new flavor Juicy Watermelon Over Ice and it was refreshing and surprising. I bought a few sleeves. Today when I strolled in I had no idea it was get 2 free sleeves. Perfect! The staff always ask if you need bags for recycling, which I always need. Holly Golightly would say, "The quietness and the proud look of it; nothing very bad could happen to you there." I would instead say, only very good could happen to you there.

Recently moved closer to this location and decided to make the drive today. I was super excited for my first in store experience since I’ve only been buying online. We walked in right around 10am opening and staff was visibly annoyed upon our entry and basically ignored us. We ended up buying $60 worth of pods since we were already there, the lady who checked us out was fine but not overly helpful or excited to help us and didn’t recommend anything even after I told her what I needed and what I like normally. She just stood there and asked what I wanted. Super awkward. We walked to coffee bar area on the way out to ask for some coffee samples that we’ve wanted to try for awhile and was told no personal coffee choice orders and we could only try what they already had prepared? (It was not freshly brewed either, she literally pulled it out of a refrigerator lol) I’m so sad because I have friends in other cities that tell me how they love grabbing a free latte while they’re shopping. Their experiences were totally different from mine today. Idk if it’s just this location that doesn’t allow coffee bar service or if the people working just didn’t want to be there today since it’s a holiday or what but I was so sad :( I’ll have to try another location in the future I guess because everything here was really subpar

I love going to the Nespresso store! The staff is always so nice and the teach me so much about the coffee. I usually get to try a few samples during my visit too. I love my Nespresso VertuoPlus coffee machine! My machine was manufacture by Breville and those machines tend to perform better and last longer than the Nespresso machines manufactured by De'longhi.
