The quality has gone down. Some bagels are huge and some are the size of hard boiled eggs. Do they not portion/ weigh out each bagel?

Best bagels that I've had in Illinois. Their chive cream cheese is amazing, the closest thing to a New York bagel. It's a definite staple in our house.
My best friend and I had this place for the first time this morning and it was delicious!!! And the price for everything made it 10x better. The bagels were fresh and warm and the cream cheese was to die for! I originally ordered a cheddar bagel but they were out of that so I just got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and my friend got the egg bagel with plain cream cheese as well. This place was definitely a hidden gem I used to live not even a block away from this location and never knew about it. Now want their bagels everyday! Lol

1000000% true New York style bagels. This is exactly how a bagel needs to be and taste like. They have a huge variety, staff was nice little overwhelmed as it was a Sunday morning. Decent looking place seems like it's strictly takeout. Plenty of parking in the complex, it is very loud inside so be prepared to talk very loudly. They only accept cash and I think the lady behind the counter said check. Everything bagel is a must try!
