Efficient, friendly service, utilitarian and clean dining room. Japanese noodles were sickly sweet, tortellini were cold and the "sauce" was so salty, congealed and flavorless that the dish was inedible. Vegetables in both were very tiny and minimal. I hadn't visited a Noodles & Co in several years and was very disappointed that the food quality had taken such a dive. It used to be much better. Restaurants have fallen on hard times and it shows here.

The noodles were gummy and bland. It was definitely a fast food experience in terms of feel. Nothing recycled so lots of plastic trash. Bathroom had no hooks or place for a coat or purse.

I haven't been to a Noodles and Company in ages and we decided to come here for a quick bite since we were in the area.I had the pesto chicken cavatappi and hubby had the pad Thai. We were served in to-go containers that were half full so I was still hungry afterwards. It's strange because previously when I dined in we were served from actual bowls. Both of our dishes were also pretty bland and there I could barely taste the pesto sauce and the same goes for hubby's pad Thai.Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Not sure if it is just this Noodles and Company location or if their recipes and dishware have changed.

First time trying it out. Hungry for a quick lunch and one of their noodle bowls looked so delicious. And delicious it was! I ordered through phone as I was walking to the store, arrived and sat for like 2 mins and it was done. So delicious and quick I can't wait to again!

Nice place for a break from shopping. Had to spend a couple hours shopping at Old Orchard and I was disappointed that Corner Bakery was closed, but this place filled the bill as a brief stop for lunch. The small portion spaghetti was enough for me. The meatballs looked highly processed but the taste and texture were good. I was pleasantly surprised that the noodles were a nice al dente. Will come back to try other pasta dishes (if you've seen my other reviews you know I'm not eating fast-food Asian). Five stars for being a clean, comfortable place with efficient employees
