1st Time visited this bundt bakery. Purchased fresh 3 white chocolate raspberry and 1 small tote bag $5. Glad pick right yum flavor. Shared 2 small round cake to my elderly father and 1 round cake to good friend. Good visit experience Try visit next time. Soft moist flavored cakes. We enjoyed yum flavor. Recently made 2nd visit got same flavor for my father upcoming Jan bday. He saw with big smile nice gift wrapping bundt cakes. Enjoy see him happy. Showing nice wrapping. Happy holidays 2024.

I have made many trips to this store(9719 Skokie Blvd) before mom’s 75th birthday celebration. Before I decided that this was the store to order her cake from, I took mom to this store just to see if the choice was on point. Place is neat and clean but poor customer service. Very rude and racist are some of the ladies that are employed there.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
I went in to pickup mom’s order on 9/16/24. On this day I picked up a two tier cake; red velvet and lemon. Twelve balloons without a balloon weight. I requested a balloon weight and was told that she could not give me a weight. I said I will pay for a balloon weight, she said she couldn’t sell me a balloon weight. I purchased 12 balloons but I was not allowed to have one of the silver weights that I saw on their shelves. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I also purchased 12 bundtinis, and 6 bundtlets. Nice amount of money spent for an incomplete service. I couldn’t innerstand why I couldn’t have a weight for my balloons🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. There is a huge sense of racism going on in this store. If someone comes in to spend their money, they should get what they paid for without the racism, nasty attitudes and unprofessionalism.

Later I went into this store at a different day and time, I experienced something totally different. I went in to buy bundtinis and the woman was sooooooooooooooooooo kind, and I told her that I would like to add this to my previous order for 9/16/24 Monday. She verified that I had an order, as I was making my payment the young lady said she couldn’t accept my $100 bill. I requested to speak to the manager and she was on the opposite register rude as can be. The young lady that serviced me was kind and embarrassed that her manager was so rude and she was servicing people as well. 🤬 There is a way to register birthday guest comp bundtlet, but we were never offered one for my mother when I took her in the store. Nor was I offered one when I spent over $200 in the store getting mom’s stuff. When someone else experienced and showed me the proof……………….but there is no way you can sell me a balloon weight. Maybe she has a medical condition yall. She may go in and out of character with people with her rudeness, disrespectful, unprofessional and touch of racism. It is not good for business. She is gonna go there with the wrong person one day and the store manager is going to wish they did something before that wonderful day something happens.

I visited the Skokie location (9719 Skokie Blvd. Skokie, IL. 60077) twice for a 75th Birthday celebration (Sept. 9, 16, 2024). Not only, did I come across blunt discriminatory treatment but an item that I desired to PAY for I was told that the lady couldn’t ring it up for me. She refused to assist me with the item, that I clearly saw she had in the back room on a rack but REFUSED to sell, not give me, but pay for. They were rude and very dismissive in her tone and treatment. I will NEVER give them another dime of business and express how racially latent that interaction was! The customer service and attitude was horrible at how small the issue was to treat me that way, was unforgivable and reprehensible!

I ordered a dozen bundtini's for a New Year's Eve event. When I got there the box was sealed so I never thought that needed to look and verify that what I ordered and paid for was actually in the box, but yes, I should have. When we opened the box later that night instead of a dozen there were only eleven (11). I called the store after the New Year informing them of this error, but all I got was "sorry"! The store itself is clean, and was nicely laid out. As per my guest, the bundtini's were delicious. But I did not get what I paid for and disappointed by the response received. Really great cakes, I didn’t have high expectations upon arrival because truthfully they don’t look the best appearance wise. However, I tried 3 of them and they were all marvelous! Warmed up it really is great and moist. I’ll be back!
