Customer service was phenomenal. Cake was just as phenomenal my 16-year-old was very happy with this cake. It was the red velvet and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

So the bunt cakes are as expected honestly however, the customer service is horrible. I work in customer service so I know what it should look like. Sometimes they just look at you, other times they help others that have come in after. When you are helped it's just getting what you ask for and paying absolutely nothing more or a have a nice day. I live closer to another location and it's a completely different experience and I only go to this one if I'm going to work and want a treat but at this point I know what to expect (or not).

I ordered a dozen bundtini's for a New Year's Eve event. When I got there the box was sealed so I never thought that needed to look and verify that what I ordered and paid for was actually in the box, but yes, I should have. When we opened the box later that night instead of a dozen there were only eleven (11). I called the store after the New Year informing them of this error, but all I got was "sorry"! The store itself is clean, and was nicely laid out. As per my guest, the bundtini's were delicious. But I did not get what I paid for and disappointed by the response received. I was going to let it go, but customers need to be made aware.

Really great cakes, I didn’t have high expectations upon arrival because truthfully they don’t look the best appearance wise. However, I tried 3 of them and they were all marvelous! Warmed up it really is great and moist. I’ll be back!

I picked up my birthday bunt cake at the Skokie location and enjoyed it very much. The place is whimiscal and a happy atmosphere when you first enter. The store is full of ideas for a creative parties. The cashiers: some are friendly and some are not; they just seem to go through the motions of charging you for the items. I had a housewarming/birthday party last year and party planner ordered mini bunt cakes online. The order was fulfilled and there was no problem. However, everytime I go in the store, some of the staff is not friendly or inviting. I have seen many previous reviews of customers stating staff issues. Customer service training could be a practice the owners could explore.

I placed an online order with the Skokie store for a next day delivery. After placing the order, I received an email confirming the order and delivery time window of 10AM-4PM. Next day comes and I had someone wait at home for the delivery but no one shows up. I called the store at 4:45PM to check on the status of the delivery and they tell me that the cake got delivered between 10AM-12PM. I went back and checked the video recordings to see if we somehow didn’t hear the doorbell or missed the delivery person but the recordings confirmed that no one showed up which the store stated they had. So I called back and they changed their story to state that the cake is in their last batch of deliveries and that it should get delivered to me between 5-6PM. As you guessed, that timeframe came and went as well without any delivery.

Wow, it's that good. This is a delightful cake that is so moist. It reminds me of cake-like muffins. I love the sweet cream cheese frosting. My older sister treated me to this store. We found it in Skokie across the parking lot from the HomeGoods Store. Our first time visiting this location. When we came inside it was kinda busy. People are placing orders for Mother's Day and others are placing graduating orders as a dessert for their parties, etc. We were looking around and they were selling Teachers' themes and Mother's Day gifts like mugs, a small dish to hold jewelry, rings, and earrings. Then they had a few bookbags. They sell thick birthday candles, from numbers in gold to thinner versions. They had a refrigerator display that held the different types of bundt cakes from the mini sizes that are called Bundtinis to individuals bundtlet is what we bought. I wanted to try their Strawberries & Cream bundtlet my sister bought their Blueberry Bliss bundtlet which is here until 5-21-23 a seasonal featured flavor. I went online to find another location closer to us on Clyborne Ave in Chicago. We will be back trying different individual bundle cakes in their 12 different flavors of cake. Do pick up their brochure that shows the flavors. It is something unique to eat they even have a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie flavor we didn't see the Carrot Cake or their Pumpkin Spice, only the 10 other flavors. They do rotate their seasonal flavors throughout the year.Back in the days, we did make these bundt cake mixes ourselves just like the cake mixes in different flavors.But I do like this version of having a smaller size that's ready to eat without turning on the oven and buying a special bundt cake pan, etc. This is small enough for us single folks.
