They created a custom menu that beautifully honored backgrounds. The food was phenomenal—full of flavor, perfectly executed, and truly exceptional. On the wedding day, the food was spectacular! Crab and Shrimp Étouffée, Southern Braised Short Ribs, and Thai Coconut Curry were entrée options. Every guest raved about how delicious everything was. The hors d’oeuvres and stunning charcuterie table were equally incredible. Signature Catering by Ovy truly delivered THEE best wedding food. They also had late-night snacks—sliders and mac and cheese—which were a huge hit! Ovy and his team are unbelievably talented; their kitchen skills are second to none. Their attention to detail extended far beyond the food. The catering team made a completely gluten-free meal and explained how it was prepared to avoid any cross-contact.
