Great restaurant and service. Filling food. The variety on offer keeps on improving and the bakery is awesome. Cinnamon crunch bagels are to die for.

I appreciate how sweet the ladies at the front counter are, they are the first point of contact, and it’s refreshing to walk in the door to always see them smiling and greeting everyone who comes in. I love how helpful and supportive they are, each time I come in. Thanks guys for the great customer service special thanks to Faith and Silvia.

Way over priced. I only when, because I had a gift card. Their prices are ridiculous, won’t be back.

Parking: Food is ok, but the prices are too high for what you get.

The food is always good at Panera, but I hate that the manager Mari would not allow me to substitute the soup. But the young lady at the cash register politely explained why and resolved it.

I worked with this manager at the Rolling Meadows location and can’t believe how nasty she is after all these years. Hopefully the customers are not seeing this side of her.

Ordered a pick 2, southwest chicken ranch salad and a ciabatta sandwich. I got home, and the salad has no chicken, no corn, and a different dressing, just lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Tried calling them three times and got disconnected each time. I typically order once a week from this location. There were no other cars behind me placing an order, not only it took long to get my order but it was the wrong salad. Very disappointed.

Decent price for to go sandwiches. Food is a bit salty. Main complaint is drive through is very slow and congested. Even when you order online for pickup you have to be in the same lane as people ordering, so it is usually a line and very slow. I wish they would come up with a better system.

Never coming here again my order from last night 8:45 pm my chipotle, Chicken avocado melt was so dry to the point it was not eatable and there was no sauce and my broccoli cheddar soup was half filled and when I went there today at 9:40 this lady at the cash register said that she can’t give me my refund back or they can’t remake it and they said no, they can’t remake it or give me my money back. This is the worst Panera Bread that I ever dealt with. I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread for 3 1/2 years and they Also decided to not bring my chips as well

I frequently visit the Panera Bread on Touhy Ave for my morning coffee using my membership benefits. Recently, I noticed that my phone number was used without my permission at the Touhy location and then later at the Fullerton Ave location to make purchases I didn’t authorize. It appears that employees have taken my phone number and used it to redeem my rewards and points. When I tried to address this issue with the staff at the Touhy location, they were dismissive and unhelpful, providing misleading information about updating my account. This experience has left me very concerned about the security of my personal information and disappointed with the lack of assistance from the staff.

I got the two pic and it was the smallest sandwich I have ever gotten from any restaurant with a cup of soup and it was over $15. The kids sandwiches at Subway were bigger. It was good but it's getting a little ridiculously priced there . I don't know if it was a fluke or what but the last couple times I've gone there there's been issues.

I would give zero stars if I could. I don't understand how a company can employ people with such bad attitudes that are not only rude, but can't get your order right. My suggestion, have people manage the drive thur that are polite and professional. That way when they screw up your order, you can at least say.."well the service was good."
