I tried Papa John's for work lunch for the first time a couple weeks ago and liked it very much. This time I wanted Papa John's but I tried the Skokie location by my home. It was awful. It looked like a tombstone pizza after sitting in the sun for a week. And They put half as much cheese and twice as much sauce. I won't even get into the terrible service.

I placed my order online for a specific time. It was ready for pickup and no complaints in the quality of food. Only suggestion for what seemed like to be the owner was that they could have been a bit cordial. If a customer walks in they could at least be a little welcoming. Had to tell them that I was coming in for a pick up and for who.
great food with even better customer service. place is clean and the staff was awesome, they took care of me very well. will definitely be ordering from this location more often.
