Went in and ordered a large cheesesteak with small fry and a drink. The person started working on my sandwich and a wonderful young lady rung me up and gave me my drink cup. I filled up my drink and sat down. I was expecting them to call my name, but once the sandwich was done, the lady bought it out to my table. I looked around the restaurant and it was a little drab. All the brown really didn't help. As I looked over the mountain of fries, the amount of meat to bread ratio looked off. As I took my first bite the sandwich was a little oily but tasted good. The cheese was thoroughly melted and the flavors were on point. The fries were tasty. They have malt vinegar to splash on the fries which is a plus. I spent almost 23 bucks and I still felt "hungry". Don't get me wrong I was full, but the sandwich didn't knock my socks off and l wanted more meat. The fries were good but nothing to brag about The next time I will have to ask for the fries to be more crispy.

Basic sub joint. Was empty when I walked in but got busier right away. Girl at the front counter was very sweet but took my order down wrong. I told her and she relayed the message to the cook who seemed like the owner. He kinda went off on her and she gave me a free drink. That's cool but I actually wanted a whole meal, with fries. At that point I was like whatever. Subs came, got the philly and it was decent. The food wasnt bad but the service was lacking. Just order delivery or pickup and make sure to check receipt.

Food: fries seemed like end of day left over cold fries that were refried for my order. The drink was a Dr. Pepper and had no taste to it; like it was watered down. The cheese bread was okay. The sandwich had a little too much sauce. They asked me if I wanted onions or mushrooms in it. I usually judge the food first and everything else last. The price is on the higher end. Looking at the name again I noticed this is a "East coast type" sandwich shop; interesting because this would be my first time to one. Gotta try other items here to give a better rating.

I order online for lunch and went to pick up my order. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch and when I arrived back at work, I realized that the sandwich had no turkey on it at all. I tried calling the store back right away since I had no time to return to the store. No one answered after calling twice and figured it was not worth coming back after work.Edit - Contacted the online customer service and a month later still haven't heard back from anyone. Wont be coming back to this company if this is how they treat in store issues.

It's sad to see a place with great subs drop so low. It took almost 30 minutes to be served, sodas were flat and tasteless, and the floors and tables were all sticky and unclean all because they dont have enough staff or the staff do not care. Waiting for my order 6 people waited at the register then left unserved . . . They were lucky. Go to the panda next door if you want better service and a better experience.

Took a few sandwiches to go and one of them had a few metal pieces in it. The grease from the fries were a) dark brown almost black and b) wiping off the ink from the fry cups staining my hands and the fries. The workers were friendly but man the inside is so dirty. If a health inspector walked in I’d guarantee they’d get several fines or even shut down the location. It’s a shame because this location was good once!

This location has gone so down hill it just needs to close. My last few visits were getting bad but today was just disgusting to the point I need to leave a 1 star. No clue how anyone can come back to this place. Ordered online. Came in 25 minutes after I ordered. Still had to wait a solid another 20 minutes. People walking in and ordering was getting their food before me and I ordered online. How does that make sense?Then both kids behind the counter are not wearing hair nets or anything. The cook has frenzy hair and the helper has long hair down his back. The cook has a I don't care attitude about everything. The floor is sticky. All over. In fact the last few visits the floor has been bad. So they don't clean. And the location is also falling apart and is dirty. Ceiling tiles. The pop and garbage area was gross and dirty. If u can't find good help. Then don't open.

Penn Station is a much higher quality sub than most chains. Only down side is it is a little pricey but your getting 5 star quality. I strongly recommend eating there if you get your sub toasted. I've ordered take out and does not taste even remotely the same. Also staff very friendly and fast. I believe the manager was giving everyone a chocolate chip cookie with there meal when they dined in, added service touch!

Wanted to pick up a sandwich on my way home so ordered 20 minutes ahead. The did not start making the sandwich until after I arrived in the store.The cheese steak sandwich does not taste very good. Maybe I got the wrong toppings, but the two times I have tried it, it was disappointing.I would not recommend the fries, very dry and salty.

Although the food was good the place is down right filthy. None of the tables were wiped down,food on the chairs,condiment station not wiped and garbage on it. Walking on the floors ?? Your foot kept sticking to the floor as probably from soda. Place had no business so they had plenty of time to take 5mins to wipe things clean 7158 needs a managerial intervention
