Great lay out. Plenty of parking. Great customer service from the cashier. Great fresh fries. HORRIBLE CHEESE SAUCE ADDED TO THE FRIES. THE MOST DISGUSTING CHEESE FRIES I'VE EVER HAD. Maybe the cheese was old. Maybe the cheese was a type I've never had. Either way, absolutely disgusting. It definitely was not the typical NACHO CHEESE sauce on fries. Bathrooms were clean. Everything else was great.

Fast food, affordable and great customer service. I will be returning. Has a good selection for burgers/ hotdogs, fries and chicken sandwich. The place has available seating barstools, booth or table/chairs, has a parking lot as well.

I have been coming to Poochie’s since the early 1980s. I lived half a block from the old location. They have the best cheddar fries in Chicagoland. Their burgers and dogs are amazing too. I would visit far more often if I lived closer. You won’t find better Chicago food than Poochies.
