Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The blonde female working on Wednesday night around closing time is extremely unprofessional. My party was using the kiosk to pay, but it didn’t process our payment properly, leading to a misunderstanding where we unknowingly walked out without paying. When we returned to fix the issue, that same blonde employee spoke to us with an unnecessary attitude. From the start, she repeated what I said in a mocking tone, and later treated us as if we were incompetent when trying to clarify our total. She also seemed frustrated when the payment wasn’t going through, only for another employee (who was polite and professional) to quickly resolve the issue without any problems.

I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating customers this way, especially when we were just trying to pay for our meal. I usually have good experiences with Red Robin but this experience was disappointing.

Food is always good. Sometimes the service is questionable and at times i feel rushed.

Food is very good. Burgers are large and tasty. However service is very slow, and do not refill drinks. I got a $25 gift card due to the subpar service I received, but I still haven't returned to redeem it.

I really don't know what to say other than the atmosphere is very nice The food is phenomenal quiet quaint all around it's extremely cleaned as well especially in the kitchen. The manager Andrew is really running a tip top restaurant everyone here in my opinion deserves a raise

Annette was an awesome server, checked on us regularly . Even the manager came to do a check. Was a nice dinner.

Vegetarian options: Don’t exactly remember how much but there was a couple vegetarian options

Parking: It’s in a complex so LOTS of parking

This was a great place to grab a burger after going to a show at the village crossing AMC theater. The staff there were very friendly, accommodating, and we received our order quickly. They have a great selection of beer and wine. The burgers and sweet potato fries were fantastic.

Came in for a quick bite w my friend . Sat on the bar side and ordered the turkey burger w a side of sweet potato fries and garlic parmesan broccoli. I might be addicted to those. Luis took such fabulous care of us. Made sure we didn't want for anything. And was always topped off. Go in. Let him take care of you. He does it w a smile.
