this place Is amazing. The ice cream slaps and I like the banana Nutella. Some kids come in asking what year it was. Overall, it was great.

Great place! I love the rolled ice cream, although sometimes the employees seem a little bored, and get orders wrong sometimes, but the mistakes are minor and can be fixed easily. I’ll be back a lot in the summer!

I watched as 6 workers inefficiently make our order. With 4 stations, 1 person was making 2 orders ahead of us while the other 4 looked on and seemed lost. So this was not a case of slow service due to lack of workers!The mere fact that the workers with long hair didn’t have their hair back or at least in a cap and a young man making an order kept pushing his hair back from his eyes with the back of his gloves hands while he made other people’s order was definitely unsanitary.If I could give them zero stars, I would but the system doesn’t allow it. I was extremely disappointed!Needless to say this is the first and last time my family and I will be coming to this establishment.

Loved the experience, the fact that you may ask the very kind person who attend this ice cream shop to mix your favorite fruit and they do it in just seconds, in front of your eyes and then rolled it up and serve it topped with cream and more delicious toppings... we tried #8 and #10 you cant miss those!

A fun way to get a mediocre bowl of ice cream. I would certainly go here at least once for the novelty.The concept of how the ice cream is made is awesome and it's a ton of fun to watch be executed but the results are ultimately sub-par.Unfortunately, the rolling technique makes the ice cream so cold that you can't really taste subtle flavors like matcha (pictured) or mango. Strong flavors like Chocolate are able to shine through however, so stick with these.For this reason, i feel the $7 price tag is too steep for what you end up.The staff is friendly and helpful. And you also end up with an Instagram worthy picture of your dish.

the rolled ice cream was fine, it wasn't bad but was not tasty. we waited in line for around 20 minutes for them to make me and my friends ice cream. the rolled ice cream was very sloppily rolled, and he didn't give my friend a large about of her rolled ice cream (he just kinda left it on the cooling thingy). it and it just was super bland and not fully mixed (she had giant pieces of strawberries in it). people who were behind the two of us in line also got theirs much quicker than we got ours. they did however follow COVID guidelines and we appreciated that.

Attempted to go there and the place was closed at 2pm in the afternoon on a weekday. According to the hours posted it said it would be open. Looks really dirty from the outside, especially the glass Windows. Out of place at the mall. Waste of time
It was really fun to watch the ladies make the rolled ice cream! Very tasty and unique from your average ice cream shop. I recommend getting the junior size (plenty of ice cream!) And eating this dessert fast as it is very thin and melts faster than usual. :)

Ok so their Ice cream is absolutely delicious and I love the exotic flavors however the reason why I have this place 3 stars is the customer service. It's seriously horrible. Every time I go there there's always something wrong. First time there my one scoop was tinier than a child's scoop and when I gave it back to them the girl gave me attitude and didn't want to do it. The manager told her to make another one and she wasn't doing it for me. The manager asked her employee again and she ended up doing it herself so kudos to the manager for making up for it by giving me a way bigger scoop. 2nd time going there there were 4 girls and only 3 customers ahead of me. I wanted the saffron shake and they just ran out. Why?? Don't know they should have prepared it ahead of time who knows what issues they had to replenish the ice cream. Anyways, got a different flavor ice cream but this time a shake...waited 10 min and gave me a very watery shake ...not even a shake more like melted ice cream lol. Anyways, I gave it back to them and showed them how watery it was and the girl just stared at me..really???? So she didn't apologize or say or I'll make another one but she went straight to her mgr and I followed her and told her I wanted a shake. So again the manager made it for me waited probably another 10 min cuz they didn't measure enough that filled the cup and had to make another batch. Hmm total 25-25 min to make a damn shake??? In all honesty, I love their ice cream but they need to get rid of their incompetent employees who don't know anything about customer service.

Took forever told us 25 mins actually took 45, ice cream wasn’t even that good totally not worth the wait. And finally the only thing worth it was the spoon.
