One of the best places out in the area. I like getting the BBQ beef sandwich, it is gas. Nothing hits the spot better than this. WOW! I definitely recommend it. I like leaving high reviews sometimes to be nice, but here I mean it. Go here

They let 3 kids run the counter they are on their phones and distracted and joking around. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. It is just two slices of bread with a little meat inside the sandwich is very small and won'tfill most people up. Askde for dijon mustard, they don't have that. $21.86 fr a smallish sandwich with homemade chips some slaw and a pickle. Over priced and underwhelming.

Sandwich Club is one of the best kosher Restaurants in Chicago, the Donny is fabulous, the problem is they are extremely cheap about their sauce, they switched up the meat from a couple years back, and now the Donny is more Dry, i used to ask them to make sure that it’s not dry bc it doesn’t taste as good and then they would charge me .50¢ (I don’t care about .50¢ but it’s the principal that bothers me) other than that their firecracker is delicious!
The food is always fantastic and we enjoy ordering a variety of food from them. Unfortunately they are fairly disorganized. We ordered delivery and after waiting an hour and a half for delivery, the driver left half the order at the restaurant because they put the order in two bags and the restaurant did not indicate that there were two bags to the order. When I called they were unhelpful and nkted that they knew the driver left half the order and they did nothing to correct this situation or contact us. They said I had to call the delivery company to solve the issue (which I did and they were very kind and helpful). This restaurant places all take out or delivery orders at the front and do not check out the food with the delivery drivers. When I talked to one of the workers they acknowledged that this happens multiple times but do not seem interested in improving their system. When I suggested that they tie the bags together so that the delivery drivers know that there are multiple bags to the order they just stared at me without any acknowledgment even a simple statement acknowledging the feedback. I enjoy the food but wish their service was better.Edited to reflect that I thought I was speaking to a manager but it turns out I wasn't.

I finally have time to write a review... And I really wanted to make this one count.You know those sneaky little places l, maybe they don't have the biggest dining rooms, maybe they are just a small place...but OMG the FOOD IS BIG!Portion sizes are ridiculously good. The price won't break your walletMy favorites on the menu-Cobb Salad with Fire cracker sauce-Fire cracker chicken strips-The Donny-Rodeo Burger - you have to try this. If you ask for avocado on it holy flavor explosion.- Egg Role variety - Pastrami, Burger, BBQ Beef, London Broil, and Chicken. Every now and then they have a special one. There special sauces they match with each egg roll are a flavor explosion and compliment them perfectly.This is a kosher version of a Grease Spoon. The little hidden gem where everything tastes great.
