I am still in shock at how horrible and horrific the service was. We were there at this restaurant today. It took over an hour to make an açaí bowl and french toast. At that rate, we would be better off going to Panera Bread. When I asked or questioned this, the waiter gave me the worse attitude like “don’t worry, it’s coming.” I am so highly disappointed that J don’t think I will ever step food in this place again.

Good place for vegetarian and vegan meals, comfortable dining area and friendly owner/manage (?). The mocha was good as well as the mocha frap.

There food is ok but the pizza is not very good in my opinion. Also, the last two times we ordered pickup online (several hours in advance) we came 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready to find that they hadn't even processed our orders yet and were only now making the food we ordered. If you can't keep track of online orders, then you shouldn't offer that option.

The food was very solid and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was quite busy, as it was late on a Saturday evening. Even so, the service was slow and staff often seemed to not be communicating well. Everyone was polite, but efficiency could use improvement.

I placed a large order at 8:30 am to be ready for 11:30 am. This order was for a very important business meeting, and the food was not ready until 12:15. The staff was completely apathetic.

Pizza came after 15 minutes, salad and kid meal and onion rings about 35 minutes and ravioli 10 minutes after that. The pizza was by then stone cold. The garbage at the washing station was overflowing. The halomi salad was $18 and the cheese was very dry. Not worth it. Go elsewhere.
