Seattle Sutton has saved my life! I got the news from my doctor a few months ago that my health numbers were going downhill (cholesterol, glucose, etc) and that I needed to make improvements asap. After being on this meal program for a little over a month, I’ve lost weight and feel so much better about myself. I’m so happy for reaching out to SSHE for my mom who needed help with calorie intake on a daily basis and also being diabetic.The meal plan is working out well with all the variety of foods and the price is reasonable. It has been a big help for me knowing she’s eating healthy and all the meals are prepared for me to give her.I enjoy picking up the meals and talking with Susan on Mondays and Thursdays.
