I visited here for the first time on a certain day in March 2026.
We ordered a K-Shack BBQ Burger , a K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich , a K-Shack fried Chicken Bites , a cup of Tiramisu Shake and a cup of diet Coke.
Those were really good.

When we got there ordering was great but when we got to our seat there was fries all over the ground and spilled drinks on our table that we had to clean up our selves when we got our food everything was perfect except the shake it was all melted and did not taste like a shake like it’s shake is in your name I expected better.

Tried to stop here for a quick burger (dine in) I literally only ordered 1 burger. Waited 20 minutes for my order, my name was never called or my number because the female employee behind the counter threw the tray down and said nothing.
I tested this a 2nd time. I came back 2 weeks later - Ordered a single burger on a weeknight around 4:30 PM. Very small amount of customers in the restaurant.
It took 20 minutes, order was never called out, name was never called out - tray thrown down on the counter, I was greeted with a cold burger that I had to identify myself since nobody was there to provide me with my food. I noticed the employees joking around and engaging in horseplay instead of fulfilling my order.
What is happening with you guys? Who runs this location? An absolute abomination of service and quality. If you're looking for a burger in old orchard, go somewhere else. This place is an absolute joke.

Charles was very helpful! Was having trouble entering a promo in the kiosk, so he came around to help and stayed by us to make sure everything was good. Also gave us a $5 coupon just cause! Thanks Charles!

my family and went to shake shak this afternoon, at the front desk trying to decide what to order on the self service device it took like 10 min, the thing is, during that time no one of the staff came to us, came several time to the register right next to us and did not even hi they said, so upon payment option the tip request just puped up, and in that moment I told my wife this people are asking for tip and they even looked at us and I did it 10% however next time my advice for you guys is at least say hi to costumers if you want to be rewarded for your job

Frozen chicken, it was replaced by a nice dude tho, but still gross. The place was extremely dirty. Most of the tables were so bad that I couldn’t sit down, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The staff was nice though- im sure this is a scheduling issue, or mgmt issue.

So happy i saw an add for the new Big Stack online. Downloaded the app and we ordered dinner for pickup last night. Best fast food burger i have ever had by a long shot and at only $9.99 you get a giant dbl smashburger most places charge much more for. And gands down the best beer battered onion rings at any fast food spot. I feel like we cheated on our long time culvers spot but so happy we did.
