tried shake shack for the first time. everything was okay. the shakes were thick, which I like. I would say it's a good place to eat, but nothing stuck out as super memorable. I would try them again if I happen to be near a location, but I wouldn't purposefully seek out an establishment.

Over an hour after our order was made for delivery to our hotel we finally decided to go check the front desk because no one bothered to call or text and let us know our order had arrived and they couldn’t be bothered to bring it to the room. Now we have overpriced cold food. There was even a place when ordering to tell them what room you are in but I guess all this was too hard for the driver to do. No one answers their phone and there is no way to track the order like they say there is.

Everything is good but like why are the milkshakes hard to drink like I’m drink through the straw and I have to suck on it really hard just to get a bit of it?

Burger is the greatest of all time but service is extremely slow and EVERY employee that has ever been hired has an extreme fear of people, eye contact and speaking. So it's hard to get your food, especially when you order online.

Good and service was great. The employees are funny and nice. The manager Charles is an angel! He's so humble and a great human!

I have been on this Earth for 21 years. In that time, I have NEVER experienced an aftermath poop like what Shake Shack did to me. Sweat dripping down my chest, legs numb, prayers spoken. Food was good though.

Self order via kiosk I had to enter my own order phone number, email. They text me when ready. Double smoke burger was very good loved the cherry pepper spread lots of bacon. Carolina fries had a nice dust of BBQ spice and a dipping sauce.

Line was out the door and they insist on making people with varying degrees kiosk ordering experience, place orders. I don’t recommend coming here on the weekend.
Ordered on-line, package was missing one of the sandwiches. Tried to call to speak to someone & got a generic voicemail saying they would respond w/in 24-hours. Fries were also disappointingly cold.
Don't recommend ordering on-line since it seems staff can't properly fill orders.
First time at this location and most likely the last.
