There are many reasons why I love Shake Shack. First when you walk in you see the menu which I like because it’s more efficient and simple which I like. And when you get your order which mine was a burger and some nuggets and fries, it’s never undercooked I have been going here for 13 years and not once did I not like my burger so that's a plus, also the nuggets tasted really good and fresh, you can tell by their amazing taste, the fires were nice and simple nothing too...

Cool shake shack location in the mall. I had been ordering shake shack for delivery and I forgot that it’s like 2x better in the store. The food came out prompt and everything was prepared correct and fast.

Would have given 5 stars but for the length of the wait. Stood in line to order for over 20 minutes. Then, another 15 to get the food. Good food, nice atmosphere, but to long a wait. Needs more workers.
