So a few weeks ago I was in line behind a man who ordered 2 coffees. I heard him request a cup of water and the barista said he had to buy a bottle. I was in disbelief they wouldn’t give him a cup of water. When it was my turn at the register I asked about the water. I wanted to confirm what I overheard. I was told they don’t give out water, even to paying customers, you have to buy it. After I ordered my tea I noticed this man was with his wife and toddler. They’d wanted the water for their toddler but since they were denied, he had to run out to his car to get the baby’s bottle. That interaction tells me everything about Sip 22s priorities. Make money. Zero appreciation for customers. How hard is it to provide a cup of water to your PAYING customers? It’s a few cents for decent customer service. I liked their tea, but I’ll stick with Nordstroms cafe or Starbucks.

My goodness, are their drinks sweet. My partner had the Lavender Chai and it was so sweet that they had to throw it away. First time that's happened with a drink... And it was 8$. The staff were lovely, though.

Excellent service, delicious coffee and treats along with a cute little shop, who could ask for anything more?Ordered 2 cappuccinos, one with fat free and one “normal”. They were prepared in a timely manner and tasted great.Good place for coffee, light snacks and some unusual gift items!

love this place and their crepes. The GIA crepe is in another level! I love the outside sitting area which is called "Husband Day Care" ? They are very generous about nutella ?. The sitting arrangement inside the shop is little small but they have plenty of space outside.

I really like the coffee there. I think everything there is delicious. But, what kills me is the service. Took me and my mom forever to get our coffees. Some of the employees are kind of rude.
The Nutella latte is delicious!! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Great outdoor seating for chatting with a friend.

My friend and I stopped in here from out of town. The Honey Cinnamon lattes we got were good, but I cannot say the same for the crepes. My Dori crepe was cold, chewy, and dry, despite having copious amounts of honey on and in it. My friend's Pumpkin Pie crepe tasted fresher and was actually warm.The lady who took our order was quite rude to me specifically since she was not as rude to my friend who was with me. I'm not sure why, since all I told her was my order as she asked me. However, everything came out rather quickly, which is why I gave it an extra star.As a positive, the dining area is quite cute, though. I appreciated the aesthetics of this establishment.Overall, I wouldn't stop back here again.

What a great find! I’m so glad I went there instead of Starbucks! The crepes are so delicious and my Americano coffee was so good. I just a little place so it’s not meant for big groups but highly suggest coming here instead of Starbucks in this mall. I’ve already made plans to come back here with my bff.

Very cool cafe,menu is quite creative, staff was friendly.I decided to try the Tiramisu Iced Latte with coconut milk, it was perfect!They also make crepes, didn't have time today, but definitely next time I'm at the mall!
