I just wanna thank MJ, he went above and beyond for myself and my friend, I ordered on the app hoping to get a red cup. When I walked in I was told that they had run out an hour before I walked in. I was a bit disappointed & I told him that every year I try and every year I failed to get my hands on the red cup but that it was okay because I’m used to not getting to the store on time. He told me and my friend to hang tight because he was gonna look but wasnt gonna guarantee anything. He went to the back for about 3-5mins & when he came back I didn’t see if he had I cup or not, I was so ready to be sad the rest of my day. To my surprise he goes, “you both are in luck, these are the last 2 in the store.” This is a small win for my horrible week. So shoutout to MJ, thank you so much for making my week. I finally got my red cup!💜😊

Not welcoming, employees are more interesting and talking to each other not consumers. An employee gives me my order and just walks away giving more attention to the coworkers story. Pay so much money for bad service.

It will be better for Starbucks if this company just closes this branch. The service at this branch has been so bad here, I actually stopped going to other Starbucks locations. I noticed that the staff at this branch makes espresso-based drinks horrendous. And they have the audacity to argue with their customers instead of simply acknowledging their mistakes and re-preparing drinks. The only good side of this branch is that my wife stopped spending a fortune at Starbucks. She used to loved Starbucks coffee in the mornings on her way to her work when we lived downtown. After we moved to Edgebrook, she stopped going to Starbucks, as the staff here upset her on multiple occasions.

awful Lattes. no foam... taste bad. 3rd bad latte at this location. tried different times. only 1 bench mark to be a coffee shop and thats being able to make a latte.
