Disappointing Customer Experience

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for the past 2-3 years, frequently stopping by for coffee and working on weekends. I’ve always appreciated the convenience and environment—until today.

During a casual and polite conversation with an employee, I simply offered a friendly compliment and asked about their role. Unfortunately, my words were completely misinterpreted, and the store manager later approached me, making unwarranted assumptions about my intentions.

As a business owner managing over 200 employees, I understand the importance of workplace professionalism and boundaries. However, this experience made me feel unfairly judged as if my presence was unwelcome despite being a regular customer.

I hope Starbucks fosters an environment that encourages better communication and professionalism instead of making assumptions about loyal customers who have supported their business for years.

It is unfortunate that the person who is running this Starbucks location can't seem to staff well
I typically try to avoid this location till later in the evening.
However, this is the location that is closest to my job location.
I came early to give some Grace for my coffee to be prepared and still had to wait an exceeding amount of time. 20 minutes
Definitely needed an extra pair of hands minimum.
Your understaffed and it effects your customers morning lives. I was almost late can't imagine the drive thru line. It's like being trapped without having the option to ditch out and go to another location.

Went through drive thru on Thursday January 9 at around 3:30 pm. One of the rudest employees. Greeted with “what can I get you “ Which is fine . Paid and left cash tip . Not a thank you or anything . Not even a “have a good day “ It was a woman with long dark hair . She’s absolutely miserable ! Do better !

I walked in today and had such a rude experience. I ordered a drink and two sandwiches. My order was ready, but only one of my sandwiches were labeled. I just asked if they were both mine since I didn’t want to dig into what could’ve been someone else’s meal. (Or possibly take their meal by accident.) This tall barista with black hair ignored me at first, then looked over and said, “I’m busy. It’s there.” I just wanted to make sure I got the right ordered. Another blonde staff member kindly came over and tried to assist, but at this point I was very upset and grabbed the first sandwiches I saw. I wasn’t being rude and understand stores like this get busy. Don’t come here unless you want to get scolded by teenagers.

Bummed because one of my students used to work at this spot and it’s normally on top of things.

I was standing at the front counter waiting to order for 5 minutes. Not a single person said a thing to me. There were 5 employees and no one said “be with you in a sec” or anything.

The whole staff is super rude and unprofessional, the boy at the counter didn’t say a word just looked at me crazy. I asked him a question and he just looked at me and ignored me. Then I ordered a drink with no ice but shaken with ice they tried to give me a cup half way filled. When I asked her to fill it up she remade it and didn’t shake my refresher like I asked (not standard), so I sent it back once again and she sent somebody else to give me the drink like she had an attitude. This location didn’t used to be this awful until they got all these new people that don’t want to work there forreal.

This is my favorite Starbucks. They are consistently incredibly fast and the staff are very friendly. The woman in the drive thru yelled out that it's my birthday and everyone by the window cheered ? If you're in a rush, go to this location for sure.

Staff at this location just don't know customer service at all. Perfect example: Someone came in for their birthday award. The woman at the counter just looks into the screen, taps a couple buttons, and asks for the expiration date. I understand trying to get through the work day, but even a quick happy birthday may have meant something. The manager and the associates at this location just do not like it here, act like they don't want to be there, and it shows in the customer service they provide. This isn't the only instance. Have begun going to other locations nearby or just outright going to other coffee spots. Qawah house across the street is a better option and I'm sure the associates here would tell you the same and that they don't care about if you go there or not. Long as the check cashes and they don't gotta be bothered, they don't care.

I came today 08/15 at around 8pm. The “manager” was taking my order and she cut me off without letting me finish my order. When I told her I wasn’t done she rolled her eyes and sighed and I asked for someone else to take care of me because I felt she was being aggressive. I understand the service industry could be tiring and frustrating when you don’t want to deal with people, but unfortunately we do not make the decisions for the employees that work in this facility. It gets me upset that someone with this kind of approach and customer service could be considered a manager, or anything of that matter.
