Today I had a horrible experience at this location with the women checking us out she was very rude and snobby, she did not tell us the amount out loud due and she rested her head on the counter and rudely watched us count our money, then we gave her the wrong amount then she had an attitude and told us you gave me way to much money, this really sets the wrong mood for this Starbucks.

I went to get a Coffee and I thought will be fresh and hot but unfortunately they gave a cold and wasn't fresh ..The girl who was on Cashier she told me just a moment and within less a minute I got the coffee and went out quickly because I had to go so after I drove and drink it I shocked cause was cold and not fresh .
As usual this is will take sometime to prepare it when it's fresh .
Management train your workers to provide a good service as showing on menu on the wall "Fresh Coffee ".

This store might as well be closed. No seating. No restrooms. Whatever is going on, remodeling, closing…. Just close it - stop degrading you’re customers

I was there 1/15 for mom’s birthday and first time trying White chocolate mocha, it was amazing and the foam was so good, they don’t do it the same here in Occoe (Florida) ☹️☹️☹️ you guys In Chicago keep doing excellent
