Nice visit this starbucks. Ordered 3 drinks Other customer pick up my drink accidentally did not read name. Staff nice give me extra free drink make up for it. I did saw my name spelled correctly today. Felt weird someone pick up my drink. Thought ppl already knew by name labels. Nice pleasant starbuck and awesome fall leaves sticker here.

Not the best. While Starbucks is known for its consistent quality and convenience, this particular location fell short of expectations. The service was slow despite the moderate crowd, and the staff seemed disorganized and understaffed. The ambiance was also lacking; the seating was uncomfortable and the noise level made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful moment.
Moreover, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with tables not properly wiped down and a few areas looking quite messy... and wet. The coffee itself was okay, but not as well-prepared as I've experienced at other Starbucks locations. A little skimpy.
On a positive note, the location is convenient and easily accessible, which is always a plus for grabbing coffee on the go. However, the overall experience was underwhelming compared to what I usually expect from a Starbucks location.
I hope they can improve their service, efficiency, and cleanliness to match the brand's usual standards.

KATHY is a great manager and cares about customer satisfaction. Treats customers with respect and she shows her team to do the same. I saw how every employee gives great respect to every person who stops by. We as customers just need to be patient with every worker and also respect them because they just doing the best for everyone unless trying but we are all difficult to decide what to order sometimes. And they always with a happy smile face that makes my day get better.

The staff are doing their best but their manager should have more people on. I'm here on Mother's Day, it's 80° outside and there's a BOGO deal on and only four people working. Management needs retraining. Staff don't get paid enough to put up with these conditions, plus getting yelled at by impatient customers. Staff are doing a great job with what they have to work with.

Went this morning for my coffee, asked for a butter croissant and this is what they give me, a hard burnt one. Never had anything compared to this.

The drink was good, but not amazing. The place was clean, but not sparkling. The main ‘plus’ was that there was a bathroom. That’s it. But I did admire the barista. She made gave me a sense of autonomy by giving me a choice of a base for my drink: water or lemonade.
